We stayed at the 3 bedroom Sept. 19th - 21st, 2011. It was terrific! The aparment itself was beautiful with the high ceilings, wood staircase and loft. The 6 panel pocket doors were very elegant as well. It was clean, well maintained and every amenity you could think of was included. The view from the balcony wasn't bad, either, especially at night when the neighbors had their tiki bar back yard lit up. We enjoyed it very much. But the best part of our experience by far was the graciousness and kindness of the owners. You couldn't ask for nicer people! They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy. Rich, his wife and mother are truly the salt of the earth. God bless you all and thanks again!

My wife and I with my 4 children and other family members stayed at this great condo for the Rev3 Triathalon. It is very clean and comfortable. Rich was very helpful. Its only a few minutes from Cedar Point and Put-in-Bay/Kelley Island ferry.......this is a great location and a must stay....We enjoyed every minute of our stay....Thank you Rich.

We typically go to cedar point every year... finding a perfect place to stay for the right money is usually a challenge. This condo / boat house had a great view, was clean (which is very important), comfortably accomodated all 8 people in our group and was just a few minutes from cedar point (in fact, you can see it from the bedroom windows). The price was perfect, the parking was perfect, and everything you need is provided by Rich (t-paper, pillows, paper towels, sheets, etc). We had a great time and really appreciate the hospitality and accomodations. Thanks!

Just returned from our stay here which was great!! The place was just as described, very clean and cozy. The bedroom with double bunks was great it accomodated our 4 boys nicely. The other bedroom was great for us. Much more efficient than spending money on a hotel room. Kitchen was very efficient and able to cook some of your own meal. Awesome view of Cedar Point from the roof top deck the kids loved it!! I would definately stay here again!!

Just got back from visiting for the 4th of July weekend. The Apartment is as advertised, which is always a good thing. The owner, brother, and mother were all very nice and accommodating. Our group of 6 + little baby were very happy with the rental and we had absolutely no problems. The property was well maintained and the boathouse is located very close to Cedar Point along with the main part of town.

Good day reader, We stayed at resort from Sept 3-6/10 - great place, great house, creat accomodations, conditions, etc 5 minutes drive away from Cedar Point and actual view of park from windows. All you need comfy beds, bathrooms,kitchen, balcony had amazing view on canal. I already said to all my co-workers if they want to go to Sandusky, I'll provide them with details on this house. Me and my family of 5 stayed from 7/29 through 8/1 on a trip to visit Cedar Point. I had no doubts about this place from the moment I spoke with Rich, the owner, on the telephone. He was very very open to answerign any questions that I had. He promptly returned calls. Just an overall pleasant person. The accommodations were much more than I had expected. Every amenity was provided to foster a comfortable atmoshere and a home away from home. It was very clean, and there was more than enough space for us. The location to everything was convenient so we did not get lost going from place to place. The lake was close enough for a late night romantic walk. I would definitely recommend this place to someone and we plan to visit again. Thank you so much Rich!!

Stayed in the 3 bedroom from 7/22 - 7/25. This place was so clean and comfortable. Rich is the most helpful and gracious owner I've ever ran accross. A short easy drive to Cedar Point. This place has everything you'll need to enjoy your stay. We most definately will stay there again. Don't look any further for your accomodations then right here, you will be sorry if you do. Plenty of room for the 4 adults and 2 teenage boys without feeling like your right on top of each other. We say thank you Rich for your hospitality and wonderful place to stay.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom boathouse for our week-long trip to cedar point and soak city. Couldn't have been happier with the place - clean, spacious, and nice and a/c did a fantastic job during the incredibly hot week. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at the 3 bedroom condo. There were 8 of us visiting Cedar Point. The location was an easy drive to Cedar Point and local stores and restaurants. Rich was very helpful with any questions. The condo is very well kept. There was a washer and dryer which came in handy for bathing suits and towels. We are hoping to stay again in the fall.

I was very worried about booking something online and not knowing what to expect. From the moment I talked to Rich about us coming into town he was so helpful. When we arrived at the two bedroom apartment we were very surprised to see how roomy and nice the property was. It was very clean and the view from the deck is to die for. We loved it!!!! This was the perfect spot if you are headed to downtown, the coast line or to Cedar Point. We really enjoyed the location- great street, friendly neighbors and neat boathouse, lake experience. The house was clean and had everything you need for your stay. We rented the two bedroom, tastefully decorated- great rooftop deck with a super view! If you are headed to Sandusky this is your place- and a bargain for the price too!!

We stayed in Boathouse #1 (3-bedroom) August 3-8, 2009. The six of us (husband, 4 teenagers and I) were very happy. It was bright, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was updated with new appliances, and the owner, Rich, was more than helpful (told us we could print off tickets to Cedar Point at the library, mailed us a forgotten DVD upon our return home, etc.). I would definitely come back again AND recommend this to a friend.

The 2 bedroom boathouse was wonderful, the apartment was clean and well stocked, 6 of us slept there and had plenty of blankets and towels for all. The view on the upper deck was the BEST! I never dreamt that the place would be so great. Rich, your place is a dream. It is also very easy to get to and from Cedar Point. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone.

Clean, clean, clean!!! This place is cleaner than my house. It's so relaxing too. Easy to get to Cedar Point and rt 250. We hired Captain Slim (who rents the boat slip downstairs) to take us fishing. This is real convenient to everything. Please look no further. Stay here.

This apartment was great space for the 6 of us. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths helped in the morning rush. You can see the Cedar Point skyline from the bedroom windows. Nice and clean, and had everything we needed, from a nightlight in the bathroom to a pair of scissors. The full size kitchen had dishes, eating and cooking utensils, pots and pans, large bowls and pitchers. Even the grandkids thought it was a cool place to stay, way better than in a hotel room. Rich was very helpful with tips to get around the area. We will stay again!
