"My Sunshine" is in a wonderful cottage style community of Old Florida Village on 30-A. The well planned neighborhood has beautiful local landscaping, two pools, lighted streets and white picket fences. This family friendly four bedroom home has three welcoming porches to relax.
If you chose to spend some time indoors, the well designed living room with a big new oversized sectional couch is perfect for lounging around. A surround sound system is hooked up in the living room for great TV viewing. Outdoor speakers means you can enjoy your favorite CD or the radio on the front porch. Hardwood floors throughout the family and living room.
A well appointed kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, including a large breakfast bar. The kitchen includes conveniences including microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Coffee and teas are availabe for you each morning, one less thing you need to worry about at "My Sunshine". And if cooking outdoors is more desirable, a gas grill at your disposal.
The bedrooms include a king in the master bedroom, queen, full and 2 twins that can be easily joined to make a king. Large master suite includes bathroom with large vanity, garden tub and separate glass door shower. Enjoy a book or morning coffee off your private balcony.
All second floor bedrooms have large TV's with cable. All bathrooms have upgraded showers heads for a great showering experience!
"My Sunshine" is only a 7 minute walk to the famous sugar white sandy beaches, which are in perfect condition, the beach access has bathrooms, picnic area, parking and lifeguards during the summer. Getting to the pool is easy since one of two community pools is located directly in front of the house. An outside shower is perfect to rinse off after a long day at the beach. When not spending time in the water, less than a 10 minute walk to Gulf Place will provide great shopping and eating options- including coffee and pastries, pizza and great seafood.
Free highspeed wireless internet access is available as well as Sony Playstation 2. (No games provided.)There is a keyless lock on the front door and every rental gets their own combination. No more worring about picking up keys or losing them!
