We regret that due to condo association by-laws we are unable to host student groups.
Pine Court is a two-story building with eleven units.
It is an older building with a beach-cottage feel.
My in-laws live in the building and are available for any on site help. Most of our guests are repeaters, some as many as 10 years.
The condo has a big kitchen with table for six, and washer/dryer located in the bedroom with full bed. TV with DVD is in each bedroom. Bedding arrangements are two queens, two fulls, one full. We try to thank our guests each year by making improvements. For 2011, the main bathroom has been completely remodeled and we now have wireless internet for use with your own computer.

Amazing Price, Place, and Location I loved everything about it, very roomy and clean with great neighbors. Also a nice location if you like the bar seen. The owner Paula was just so sweet and helpful the whole time. This place was worth every cent, I would defiantly rent again!!!!
