This 5800 square foot, 3 story home is beautifully decorated and offers incredible views of the Park City Valley. Located in the Oaks of Deer Valley, this home provides quiet solitude just north of the Deer Valley ski resort. It offers easy access to the world class ski resorts of Deer Valley and Park City. This home is ready to entertain or to relax in coming equipped with a gourmet kitchen, dining room, family room, entertainment room with pool table, and private theatre / game room. It has 5 bedrooms (2 with fireplaces)that each have their own bathroom. The master bath has a steam shower and jetted tub.
There is an additional room with a pull out couch that sleeps 2 with its own bathroom that can be used for a 6th bedroom. All bedrooms have TV's. 3 of the bedrooms have King-size Beds, one with bunk beds and the other 1 has a queen size bed. There is also a hot tub and barbecue off of a private deck. An entertainment room offers a pool table, mini kitchen, 40" flat screen hdtv, and a private theatre room with an 80" projection screen that makes a cool game room for the kids. A fax machine and wireless internet can keep you tied into any outside business that demands your immediate attention.
This is a NON SMOKING home. The house is 5 minutes driving distance to Deer Valley and Park City. and 50 minutes to Brighton, Solitude, Alta, Snowbird, and Snow Basin. The driveway is heated so you don't need to worry about shoveling snow. A CAR IS NEEDED AS WE ARE NOT ON THE BUS ROUTE.
