This fine home is located within walking distance to many fine restaurants, shops & North Side Park (on Assawoman Bay), and within minutes to 10+ championship golf courses & world-renowned fishing.
Take long strolling walks along the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, enjoy a sunrise or sunset, check-out the Boardwalks in Ocean City, Bethany or Rehoboth, Delaware, see the wild horses in Assateague State Park & attend fun weekend excursions such as:

Bedding that is provided includes 1 King, 1 Queen, 4 Single (2 sets of bunk) beds & a pull-out queen sleeper in the living room area.
During the prime summer months (Memorial Day thru Labor Day), the rentals are weekly and run from Sunday to Sunday. Otherwise, we are flexible of accommodating most desired weekends and/or mini-weeks during the Spring and Fall months, which is a wonderful time to visit the "O".

We like this location because the beach is wide, unpopulated due to their being no housing directly across from our location on the bay side for 3 blocks and within walking distance to some fine dining, Northside Park & fun things to do!
