Our new (2002) three bedroom, two bath luxury carriage home is located on the 3rd hole of the Copperleaf Golf Club in "The Brooks" in beautiful Bonita Springs Florida. We're within minutes of beaches, restaurants and great shopping.
Our complex has a heated pool and hot tub with gas grills for cooking out by the pool. If you enjoy golf, membership to the championship par-72 Copperleaf Golf Club is transferable to the tenant for a low transfer fee. Or you can enjoy an exhilarating tennis match on the complex's private tennis courts.
The unit is beautifully decorated and features a large kitchen complete with dishes, cooking utensils and cookware, a microwave, dishwasher and a "cafe" eating area. The large screened-in lanai has a table and seating for six and overlooks the 3rd hole of the golf course. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a master bath with a shower and soaker tub.
The guest room has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a sleeper sofa with an extra deep mattress. Everything in the home is new, all furniture, TV's, appliances, etc. The unit also features a large living room, an attached one-car garage, an in-unit washer and dryer, an iron and ironing board, cable TV's and DVD players. New linens and bath towels are provided.
Our home is located just fifteen minutes from the Ft. Myers airport and close to Interstate 75. Florida's gulf coast is the perfect vacation spot, so come and enjoy!
