A great family home. It features 4 bedrooms that sleeps 13 people in beds. It has 2 full baths. A fully stocked kitchen like your home away from home. Kitchen includes a dishwasher and water and ice in the fridge! It sits on a large lot with a big front porch with adirondack chairs and a patio table, a horseshoe pit, volleyball net , corn hole and a campfire area for great nights. Charcoal grill, washer and dryer and dishwasher on site. Air conditioned, internet and Directv at the house. We don’t allow bachelor or bachelorette parties at the house.

this is a little gem on the tiny island. owner was very communicative and checked up on us during a storm. she also followed up to let me know when i left a bag. kitchen was well stocked with tools! great outdoor space.

Great stay

Worked perfectly for my small group of friends and me. Easy ride on the golf cart to downtown. Lovely fire pit to hang out at.

I have owned this house for 22 years. My best friend and I bought it after a great weekend on the island. We each got married, had kids and still love our time on Put-in-Bay. Our 6 kids second home they love exploring the island and all it has to offer. We are 1 big happy family having the kids grow up together at such a wonderful place. We live on the west side of Cleveland and spend several weeks on the island. Our kids do sail camp at Put-in-Bay Yacht club for 5 weeks. The fall is our favorite time on the island. So peaceful and relaxing.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home because of its location. It sits on almost an acre and a residential street. It is close enough to town for all the night life a 15 minute walk or a less than 10 minute walk to the state park for kayaking, swimming or jet skiing.

What makes this property unique

The home has a volleyball net, corn hole boards and horseshoe pit. As well as a campfire pit with benches to sit around. The relaxing front porch is great for your morning coffee listening to the birds. A washer and dryer make clean-up convenient, we also have a clothesline for wet towels and bathing suits. We re did the kitchen last year. I told my husband after 22 years I need a dishwasher. I was glad he agreed! Kitchen includes dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator with water and ice in the door! I truly feels like my primary home!
