The property is in a great location just across the street from Monterra's pro shop and the village. the condo is located at about the 150 yard marker on the first hole of Monterra golf course. It is also walking/staggering distance to everything in the village. Owner was extremely accomodating even after we had to switch weekends!. Condo photos and description are bang on. The condo is very well equipped with wine and martini glasses, tin foil, plastic wrap etc. Never stayed in a condo that was so well stocked with everything! Hot tub and pool are across the court and stayed open until 11p.m. Great after a golf game!! The condo is also on the main floor so no stairs to have to worry about except for people staying above you. We had a family of four with small children so you could hear them running around above us. Other than that, it was quite enjoyable. Owner was also excellent at getting back to you very quickly so if you have any problems etc. he'll get back to you within moments! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will return again sometime soon either for some skiing or golfing in the 2012 season!! Many thanks Glen!!!

Our stay at Rivergrass was very comfortable and convenient. The location to the ski hill was exactly what we wanted. The shuttle was available every time we went outside. The interior settings were very quaint, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The choice of DVD's helped to pass the evenings by the warm fire after a great day of skiing. We would strongly recommend this condo to anyone in the future. Thank you Glenn for making it easy for us to stay for a few days.

It truly was a perfect location for our "Girls Getaway". Situated on the first hole of Monterra Golf Club, the view to the fairway from our comfortable patio was framed by a blanket of wildflower at the properties edge. It was a very short walk to swimming, amazing shopping, excellent restaurants and all the amazing facilities at "Blue". As well as Monterra, we tried out a couple of well groomed and challenging golf courses, close by. But that was just the beginning! The unit itself was beautifully furnished and decorated, with every amenity you could wish for. Everything was 1st class and our landlord could not have been more obliging! All of us agreed that we were lucky to find such a delightful spot!
Owner response:Hi Barbara, Glad you and the girls enjoyed your stay. It looks and sounds like you had a great time at Blue. Hope you consider returning soon. Glen

We enjoyed your beautiful condo. The area is beautiful and relaxing. Two thumbs up on the horseback riding and Hummer Ride. We also had a great time at the pool, golfing, gondola ride and the vibrancy of the Village. Everything we needed was at the condo and it was very comfortable and homey. Wish we had more time her and would love to come back soon.

Spent 5 sun-filled days enjoying all the comforts of home plus the amenities every vacation property should offer. This condo is very well maintained and equipped inside and out. Not that you need too, but if you venture off Blue Mountain, Collingwood, Meaford and Thornbury offer lovely independent coffee houses, restaurants, cycling paths, theatre and more!

Our stay at this property was everything it promised to be: relaxing, comfortable and a home away from home. When you include the fabulous view of an amazing sunset, the warm and inviting accommodations with beautiful decor, you would be hard-pressed to not want to return as soon as possible. Hopefully we will get that opportunity.

We have just returned from a relaxing week at 136 RIVERGRASS. There is something for everyone at Blue Mountain. We golfed with our grandchildren, shopped and relaxed in the "Village", listening to live Jazz Bands, while they went biking and experienced the thrill of a Hummer ride through the rough terrain of the surrounding hills and valleys. The Condo is equipped with State of the Art appliances, a BBQ and comfortable lawn furniture, so we had all the comforts of home, and more. We describe the decor and furnishings in this Condo as ELEGANT COMFORT. We enjoyed watching videos on the wide angle flat TV screen or just relaxing on the patio watching golfers go by on the first fairway of the beautiful Monterra Golf Course. WHAT A GREAT WEEK! We look forward to a return visit as soon as possible.

My wife Tracy and I bought this place last year after visiting and falling in love with the village, the golf course and all activities available in the area. We love to hike, ski, golf, swim, bike, eat, drink, and just plan relax. You can do all that here. The place was completed in June of 2005 and it took us a month or two to equip the condo with all the comforts of home. I can't wait to spend a day skiing and then sitting back in the warmth of our condo watching Sat. night hockey on the 42' flat screen TV. Heaven. Please come and enjoy our home at Blue Mountain. Hopefully you'll consider it your home away from home.
