Wow!!! We had such an exciting time in Florida. The condo was beautiful and we really loved where it was located, so close to the parks. It was very clean and roomy. I thought the Mickey Mouse bedroom was very cute. Ros was very great to work with . We will definitely come back and stay there. Thank so you much for the great stay.Thanks again.

We had a wonderful vacation staying in 'Next to the Clubhouse', Its location to the pool was great for us, we did not find the side entrance until day 3! The condo was very clean when we arrived and is obviously well-maintained and we were pleased with the little extras, soap, trash bags etc...plus PLENTY of towels and clothes hangers. Where did you get all the Mickey Mouse bits from? Landon & Ryder loved their very own Mickey room! I have recommended your condo to friends and family and whenever we come back to Disney we are sure to stay here again. Thank you and happy new year from Jane, Alan & family

Ros, Thank you for asking! Our vacation was great. The weather was decent (could always be warmer for me) and the kids had a great time. We had the pool to ourselves a few of the days because our WI kids were the only ones risking it when it was that cold. We were at Disney most every day but did get to enjoy your lovely condo in the evening. It sure was nice to come “home” each night and relax after a long day of walking. It was our first time renting a condo and would certainly do that again. The location and amenities were great! Thank you for sharing your home with us. My family stayed in your “Next to the clubhouse” condo at Windsor Hills in November. Everything was meticulously maintained and just beautiful – even more than in the pictures on the website! Everything in the pictures was nice. some time ago. we did not receive a clean place with working facilities. It's a shame all we got were excuses. Nothing was fixed until the day we left. Tacky, tacky, tacky. WE DID NOT GET WHAT WE PAID FOR HERE. GO ELSEWHERE.

Owner response:This review should not be helpful to you. It is fabricated, untrue and malicious. If this was a genuine review why go on vacation in June and then decide to write a review 6 months later in January? This person has clearly got our condo confused with another. All our photos are up-to-date, our condo is EXACTLY as shown, immaculately clean, freshly decorated, professionally managed and everyone who has stayed has nothing but positive things to say. I admit I have been lazy in sending my genuine reviews to be published here; well this inaccurate review has given me the motivation to take the time to post them and to contact all the other guests who have stayed in the last year, so you can get a true and honest opinion. I understand a guest giving a review that has a genuine complaint; however this one is 100% dishonest.

Your condo was exactly what we were looking for. We loved that it was so spacious and the kids loved their Mickey TV! It is in a great location, so close to the parks, just perfect. And the kids loved the pool, they even got to play with some of the other kids there. Now my youngest has already been bugging daddy about when we can go back again, he's pushing for 2-3 years from now, let's see if he gets his wish. Again, thank you very much for what you did for us, that was very kind of you.

Roz, Everything was perfect! Thank you so much for letting us borrow the pack n play and high chair while we were there- they both helped us so much. We will definitely stay there again- I can't believe we stayed in a 1 room hotel last year for a week! Our 4 yr old was amazed that she could watch a movie in her room- she watched Cinderella in there and we told her only on vacation- don't get any ideas for home! Both kids loved the mickey mouse lamp in the bedroom-where did you get it? Did you get the Corona beers we left in the fridge or did the cleaning service? I meant to call you but your number was packed.. Thanks again Ros
