Fall Foilage Observers, Boaters, Swimmers, Skiers, Snowmobilers, Fishermen, and Pets welcomed. Lovely, secluded, quiet, year-round getaway in Moultonboro on Lake Winnipesaukee across from Ganzy Island. Available by the month, week, or weekend year round.

Sleeps ten with three bedrooms, sleep sofa in sunroom, two baths, deck, rowboat, canoe, and 40 foot deep-water dock. Well protected swimming and dock area. Parking for three to four cars. One-hundred foot dog run and sandy beach play area for kids. September, 2008 anticipate opeing up an additional game room, kids bed room, full bathroom. Bathroom wil not be usuable between November and April (pipes freeze), but living space is available and heated. Full size Futon in Game room and bunk beds in small bedroom. Additional charge to use this space. Inquire for details.

Non-Smokers only. Available all year by weekends, by night, by week, or by the month. Check calendar for current availability. Special Discounts available each month. Previous renters receive priority bookings and discounts.

  • Air Conditioning: Master Bedroom only. Two portable fans for other rooms.
  • Washer: Extra large located in Laundry Room of the house.
  • Dryer: Located in Laundry Room of the house.
  • Linens Provided: Linens are provided with all rentals. Tenants must start load of wash as part of their check-out procedure.
  • Off Street Parking: All parking is off street for 3-4 vehicles.
  • Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: Trailer parking available along side or in front of driveway parking areas.
  • Gas Fireplace: Sunroom only.

  • Lakefront: Swimming and boating area and 40'deepwater dock protected by Ganzy Island and "No Wake" Zone. Sandy play area for kids on land. 40' Deep water dock for two boats. Canoe and rowboat available for tenant use.
  • Mountain View: Great sunsets from the dock looking towards Belknap Mountains.

  • Minimum Age Limit for Renters: You must be 21 years of age to rent.
  • Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking is NOT PERMITTED anywhere in the house or on the deck and dock areas. Non-smoking also preferred outside,too.
