We had viewed several photos on your website prior to booking so we knew it was nicely decorated and furnished and cared for, and it definitely met our expectations. Your kitchen remodel is beautiful, and we enjoyed the nice decor, including antiques, ski and pole decorations, nice spa, nice beds/mattresses, and wonderful Bosche appliances. Payment Instructions: Full Payment is due at the time of booking; $200 security deposit due two weeks prior to arrival; in addition to the room fee there is an $65 house cleaning fee and the 8% County Tax, Deschute County #805. Please call our office to inquire about shorter stays than minimal requirement.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received at least one month prior to your check-in date receive a 100% refund. After that, Security deposit is forfeited.

Deposit Policy: There is a $200 refundable security deposit. If the house is left in the same condition as when you arrived, you will get 100% of the security deposit back.

Occupation Policy: The total number of overnight guests staying is six adults and their children under five. Additional overnight guests are not allowed.

Pet Policy: Sorry NO pets allowed at this house.
