Home as beautiful as advertised. The amenities were great, from the wonderful gathering room to the lovely pool and patio area. Our family (8) and friends (3) had their privacy when wanted, yet we were able to be all together in the spacious rooms to visit and play. With two washers and dryers there was no waiting! In the kitchen, the two dish washers, wine cooler, refrigerator and refrigerator doors can accommodate many visitors. The kitchen is well stocked for serving families and friends. The property itself is beautiful. I can't praise this piece of paradise enough. It is beautiful, with a great view of the sea and close to conveniences. We all loved it!!! Thank you for such a wonderful place to stay in while in your area. We'll be back!

Talk about waking up and having a cup of coffee oceanside (just sitting inside at huge breakfast bar)...this is it! We were married in Kailua-Kona and rented this home for 11 of our guests; very comfortably. Although our guests didn't know each other, the home is large enough and the layout accommodated all. They felt their privacy was respected yet homey enough that everyone eventually became "family" by the end of the trip. There are 2 private suites; great for small families that may be in your party. Open Hawaiian living; swell waves will mist you on lanai. Merry Ann is a pleasure to work with. Loved it! This home made our wedding excursion from the east of the mainland!

Our family of 11 enjoyed the house so much last year that we are returning again this year! The amenities and location were huge factors in our comfort level and we especially love the proximity to town, while still feeling very much in paradise. Additionally, the owners of this house are so kind and have so much integrity. I lost a diamond earring at the house, unknowingly, and a few months later upon cleaning the media room, they found it and inquired if we'd lost anything of value. They didn't have to do that...but they did and sent it back to me promptly. I can't thank them enough for their honesty. One thing I wish the house had, especially considering the cost to rent it, would be kid equipment: A stroller, a booster seat, a pack-n-play, a few pool toys, maybe even a boogie board or two. But truly, that is the only thing we could think of to improve the house. Bravo on setting up a terrific vacation rental - we love it and can't wait for our upcoming trip! Mahalo.

There were 27 of us. We did not all sleep here but this lovely place made an excellent home base. Everything was perfect and so well equiped.

What a wonderful place to spend the week! Will never forget this trip in Kona, Hawaii. The rooms were very spacious, showere were huge(loved the sunroof). Very well lit, perfect for large family dining. Loved the view of the ocean and the sound of the waves. Will never forget it.

This has been a terrific place for our 50th anniversary celebration! We had 10 adults and a 4 yr. old. We all enjoyed the pool, the beaches and the theater room, the kitchen and private baths, beautiful flowers inside and out! and oh yes, the friendly gecko's outside. The senior member of the family caught a 295# marlin. also Ono and yellow Jack tuna too. Great time had by all. The 4 yr. old does not want to go home, he says this is HIS home! Saw the turtle here in the bay. Both our college grandsons loved being here too!

What a great vacation! The house is great, it has everything you need. We loved the pool. The surfers, the golf, the beaches and everything else. We were five couples and there was plenty of room for all.

What a lovely place to spend Christmas with tow of our sons and their families. Plenty of room and so well equipped. So nice to have beach towels supplied and 2 washers and dryers. Best Wishes

Your beautiful is beautiful and the setting magical. We have tow families staying here with amploe room for everyon. We love sitting around the table after dinner listening to the children play in the pool. You have thought of everything, every amenity, from the double washer/dryers to the extra beach towels. We plan to return.

This spot on Alii DRive was great fro watching our Dad run by in the Ironman! Our grandparents and 4 kit fit... appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. The diswashers (3) and fridges were too luxurious! Thank you! Many happy hours by the pool too.

The spacious home was wonderful for two families. We enjoyed the poo, hot tub and view. I really flet as if I were on vacation-especiall becaue of the two washers and dryers! It was all just what you expect on vacation.

This has been one of the greatest pleasures in my life being with all my children at the same time in a wonderful home, where they could have their own space. I will never forget the sound of the waves and the beautiful sunsets. We all had a wonderful time.

What a wonderful house! The house was a great place for my Mom, my two sister (Ca.& Okla) and two borthers (Alaska, Texas) and our spouses. We get togethere yearly and have been to Maui and Kauai, but our Mom had been to the "Big Island" many time and saw this house last year.
