Location! Location! Location! Our Deer Valley home is located at the base of the Deer Valley Ski Resort, right off Deer Valley Drive.The daily shuttle picks you up to quickly get to the slopes or takes you into nearby Park City for all that Main Street has to offer in restaurants, art galleries, spas and shopping. The Canyons Ski Resort is 5 miles away and Solitude, Brighton, Alta and Snowbird are all within a 35 minute drive. But there is so much to do in the summer as well-the Park City locals say that folks come for the skiing, but stay for the summer and fall.
The interior of our home was totally renovated in summer 2004 and the exterior was totally redone the summer of 2007, with all new wraparound decks,exterior lighting, new garage doors and front door. It has a terrific floor plan,with a staircase ascending through all four levels for an abundance of natural light and windows.With 3,700 sq.feet,there is space for everyone-a great room with a woodburning fireplace,a game room for the kids and two different decks with gorgeous views of the mountains.
Everything is new-stone and hardwood floors, new appliances, remodeled gourmet kitchen, bathrooms, outdoor hot tub, sauna, furniture and light fixtures.The one car garage with a electric door opener and numeric security code pad allows skiers easy access to the home.Additional outside parking for 2 cars is a huge plus.
The entry level has a large game room with a big screen TV/DVD/VHS and CD players, lots of comfortable seating, a slate pool table,lots of games, books and a fax/printer/copier with a dedicated line.A wet bar and mini-refrigerator makes it easy to take a beverage when you walk out to the new 8 man hottub and new deck. One of the master suites is on this level,with a queen size bed,sauna and bathroom with travertine floors, countertops,etc.
Level 2 is the sleek new kitchen and a second bedroom with 2 double beds, bathroom and walk-in closets.Another few steps leads you into the sunny great room with overstuffed seating, artwork, wood burning fireplace,hardwood floors and decks looking onto Deer Valley. Watch a game on the big screen HDTV w/525 watt surround sound system.
The top floor has the second master suite with a king size bed, beautiful new bathroom,walk-in closet,overstuffed chair, desk and large entertainment center with TV/DVD player.The second bedroom is a brightly decorated kids' room with its own bath, two sets of bunks and its own TV/DVD. Two portacribs are in the walk-in closet.All bedrooms have CD/alarm clocks,hairdryers,and TVs.

Rate Details (In US Dollars)
General Winter Rental Rates: $800-$925/night.
Peak Season Rates are $1,000 - $1250/night.
Rates for the Sundance Film Festival are negotiable.
$500 security deposit required.
To hold reservation, 50% of the total rental amount
and the security deposit are required.
