This spacious, one of a kind property is a two-level townhouse located in one of the most convenient areas in the town of Telluride. It was completely remodeled in the summer of 2005 and looks fantastic.

The lower floor has two bedrooms and one bath. Each of these bedrooms has a private vanity. The upper level has a living room with gas fireplace, a dining room, a bedroom and full bathroom. Both bathrooms are beautifully tiled. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, new microwave, and new refrigerator. Off the kitchen, a double door leads to the outside deck with gas barbeque and breathtaking, unobstructed views of Ingram Falls and Bear Creek.

This 1500 square foot townhouse offers new queen sized beds in each bedroom. It also has garage parking for one vehicle and laundry facilities are on the lower level behind the townhouse.

LOCATION!! Ideally situated one short block from the main street of Telluride where there are numerous restaurants, bars, museums and, of course, great shopping. It is also just one and a half blocks from the ski resort and the mountain village gondola and one block from the town park. The best!!

    • Lovely accommodations for our family; kids downstairs with their own shower & bathroom; with individual lavatories. Grownups upstairs with large bedroom, 2 closets, shower / bathroom, living/dining kitchen fireplace entertainment center - all laid out very nicely. Unit is located within walking distance of everything. Shared Christmas & New Year's with our local family. We would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks so much. DEO

    • What a beautiful place. It is so comfy and roomy. And convenient to everything. We walked everywhere. Never even needed the car. One of the best===barbeque on the deck with awesome views of the valley and waterfall. We will return...thanks..
