Nell, What a lovely cabin you have and every basic item has been provided. this has been our most pleasurable stay yet in our 5 trips to this beautiful state of Tn. The fireplace was such a luxury for the 2 of us "beach folk". We have to leave tomorrow but we have the memories of time spent here and your hospitality. Nell, Oh, we had a wonderful time here. It's a beautiful cabin with some great mountain views. Of all the years we have been together, my husband and I decidied that this was the best 7th Anniversary, we shared together. As a matter of a fact we plan to visit on our anniversaries to rekindle our love for each other and to get away from our busy daily routine. The cabin itself was very peaceful and your planning was very thoughtful. Next year we will stay longer and visit the fine attractions in the area. Together, this was one of our most memorable anniversary. P.S. Nell you have a beautiful personality and it was a joy doing business with you. We look forward in sharing our lives with you and this cabin in years to come.

Thanks you so much for sharing your cabin & property with us. My husband and I spent & celebrated our 17th aniversary at your cabin. It was perfect place for tranquility and relaxation. It was our first trip to Tennessee and visiting the Smoky Mountains. Our kids enjoyed the views and the hot tub. We was unsure of what to expect when we arrived & to our amazement the cabin was so beautiful & clean. Cleaner than most hotels we have stayed at. Thank you for the microwave smores, now we can make them year round at home without building a fire! Thanks for sharing your cabin with us & for your hospitality. Ohio

Nell, My Family and I stayed in your cabin for a total of 3 days and we absolutely loved it! We went for walks, sat in the hot tub, made smores and built a campfire. The children (4 total) absolutely loved being here at your cabin. The Smoky Mountains is a very special place for me going back to my childhood. this trip was the first time my children have experienced the beauty of the mountains. The second reason this is a special place and a very special weekend is because my boyfriend of 3 years asked me to marry him this weekend on the back deck of your cabin overlooking the mountains. It was absolutely incredible. Thank you for allowing us to stay here and enjoy this beautiful place. It will always be special to me. P.S. It made us feel at home. Dear Nell, This turned out to be one of the most memorable Thanksgivings our family had. Thanks to your beautiful cabin, it's location and your hospitality. Although a very sad time for you with the loss of your husband, you still made it all work out. (We are deeply sorry for your loss and pray Gods perfect peace during this time of mourning.) In the back of the green note book, we left a trail map for future guest. You may want to laminate it and have them make sure it's returned. God willing, we will definitely be back! Thank you!

Nell & Eddie, This was our first real vacation away from the kids and the quiet here was golden. We enjoyed spending time together, the hot tub and watching the leaves rain down. The colors were amazing this week. We went on an ATV ride up a mountin, ate alot ! slept late...well, I did.. and just plain chilled out. I turned 34 on the 26th and was spoiled all week. It was great. We are going home with great memories, lots of pictures and prayers in our hearts for you and your husband. We look forward to returning with our girls and glancing at one another over thier heads, remembering our special time alone here.

We had two very full days. Hike the Laurel Falls, lunch, naps then Cades Cove in the evening. Day two, we went to Gatlinburg to play Hillbilly Golf, have lunch, then off to Cataloochee...to watch the Elk. We even saw 3 bears crossing the road. The cabin is beautiful! Our 4 year old loved the pool table & our two year old liked running a loop on the front porch. She went up the ramp, down the steps and around again & again. Both kids loved the jet bath! My husband got to take a soak in the hot tub, but I only put my legs in. (the Dr. advises against pregnant women in hot tubs.) My plan ...return in 5 years when we can all get in hot tub together ! ! We had a wonderful stay at Rocking Horse Ridge. After long days exploring the countryside for land, it was so great to come back to our little haven of peace and quite. A loving & lasting friendship of over "50" years has brought us together as husband and wife after 31 years of marriage for me and 34 years for him. Yes! we are newlyweds of 2 months. We are still on our 'Honeymoon" and this wonderful cabin has given us more "special" memories to cherish! Nell, The stay was pretty good, although it was a whole 4 days with my fmaily! Ha Ha. The cabin was nice, and the view was awesome! I like the Smoky Mountains and I'm sure my dad is going to grag me out here again for another family vacation. (How fun). We saw a mother bear & her cubs, they was cute. I kind of feel bad for them, because they are always being looked at by tourist with cameras. The hot tub was cozy and the pool table was nice. Thanks, A teenager with her family,
