We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Celadon. It is convenient to everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Iris's 3rd floor condo was perfect for out family. It was clean, comfortable, very nicely decorated, and has great views of the gulf from almost every room. Iris was very helpful and easy to work with. We look forward to returning to Celadon. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

The description was understated. The condo is just perfect - situated on the 3rd floor of Celadon in the SW corner - great wrap around balcony on 2 sides, close to the ground for easy viewing of beach goers, only one floor above the entry level so as to not have to make time consuming elevator trips up and down, perfectly located to get the best views of the gorgeous sunsets, very comfortable furniture and all the needful appliances, on and on. The condo, furnishings, location, views, and the location of Celadon at the west end of the row of tall condo buildings could not have been more perfect! We had a great stay and look forward to using the condo again! We most enjoyed the ease of entry and exiting, and the beautiful views from the corner location. Yes, awesome it was and is!!!

Great location - beautifully furnished with wraparound porch - lovely ocean/beach view from this lovely corner unit. Beach was not too crowded for grownups to enjoy but plenty nearby to keep our teenagers entertained - short drive to Pier Park, go-carts and restaurants. Parasailing & waverunner rentals were right on our beach. Loved convenience of 3rd floor - easy stair climb if you didn't want to take elevator. We had a wonderful stay here!

The descriptions and photos of this property are accurate. We have stayed in this lovely condo for the past two years and are looking forward to returning next year. Iris, the owner, is a joy to work with and is very gracious. She has decorated this condo with artistic care, and takes pride in the care and maintenance of the condo which we really appreciate! The condo is a 3rd floor corner unit so it has terrific views of the white sand and the emerald colored waters of the Gulf and views down the coastline to the west since there isn't a tall condo located next door. For us, this is very important as the views are so beautiful and the sunsets indescrible. We are just a few steps from the white sand and water. The pools for the condo are used year round which is another special feature. This condo is located away from the busy commercial areas which we love, and yet is conveniently located near to restaurants and shopping. A trolley is available if one doesn't have their own transportation. Guests often ask us how we ever found this condo as it is lovely both inside the condo and the gorgeous views to be had outside. For us, it is the perfect place for us to stay, and we would highly recommend this condo for those looking for a very special place with outstanding surroundings. The Van Valkenburghs

Fabulous Condo

This is definitely the classy side on Panama City. This beautiful spacious condo is a "Beach Beauty". With it being a corner unit, the spectacular views feels as though you are on a cruise ship. It's very large and decorated to the 9's. You can really unwind and enjoy the beach even being inside. We have stayed at this unit many times and keep coming back. It's nice to know that the owner keeps up with maintenance, decor, fresh linens and towels. The kitchen is stocked for chef's cooking. I enjoy the walking aspect, not having to drive if I don't feel like it and Pasta Grill is a block away and has the best Grouper, Pasta, Wine selection and desserts in town: Breakfast too and very reasonably priced. Alvins and the Tiki Bar are in walking distance for supplies, entertainment and afternoon cocktails. Pier Park is just down the street too with great shopping, movies and a restaurants. You can take the Trolley there too. Very convenient.

Your condo was one of the nicest condos I have ever stayed in while vacationing. Everything was perfect!! The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was furnished with everthing you could possibly need, as well as everthing else for a perfect vacation. The condo was absolutely emaculate and so beautifully decorated with such wonderful views of the beach and water from every room but one. We especially enjoyed sitting on the wrap around balcony and watching the sun rise and sun sets!! It was just a perfect vacation and everyone was so nice and friendly. Nicer than we ever expected!! NOTE TO ME WITH THE RETURN OF MY KEYS;Iris, your condo is so beautiful and perfect for a family vacation. I love being able to look out and feel like I am actually on the beach...and to sit in bed, drink my coffee and watch the fish in the water was awesome; as was the incredible sunsets! Have stayed in this condo for the past three years and LOVE it. The floor plan is very nicely laid out and the condo is furnished and decorated very nicely. The sunsets are the BEST. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who is interested. Not only is the condo one of the very nicest we have ever stayed at, so is the owner!

My family spent 4th of July week at this beautiful condo! It is roomy, has a great floor plan and is furnished with everything you could need or want while on vacation! The laundry room with full size W/D was great. The view is nice and the balcony is big enough for everyone to enjoy together. The owner is easy to deal with and the process simple. We will rent this condo again!

This condo was EVERY thing we could ask for. We stayed in mid to late May and enjoyed EVERY minute. The place was clean, spacious, and comfortable.
