Wave Runner is a beautiful custom-built BEACH FRONT home big enough for the whole family (plus some friends)! The expansive open concept kitchen, dining and living rooms provide a great large open communal space where family members and friends can be together without being crowded (cooking, eating, relaxing) while enjoying the unparalleled views of the beautiful gulf through the tall windows that traverse the entire front of the house.

Sun, waves, sand and refreshing gulf breezes - it is all about the gulf and it does not get any better than this in Surfside Beach! The expansive partially covered deck is made for relaxing, reading, socializing or sunbathing while taking in the 180-degree gulf view.

This tastefully furnished and comfortable smoke-free home was built in 2002 by quality homebuilder Tex-Ann, with absolute attention to detail and quality and with all the modern amenities. The home is only a two-minute drive into ‘town’ and is in the best area of Surfside Beach on a wide stretch of middle beach. There is plenty of room on this part of the beach for the young ones to play, dig and build sandcastles comfortably out of the way of other beach goers coming and going.

The quality mattresses and bedroom appointments coupled with the laid back tropical surroundings provide for the best relaxing nights sleep, and with the living quarters in the front (facing the beach) and the bedrooms in the back, the early risers can make that first pot of coffee and head out for that morning beach stroll without waking the snoozers.

There is a charcoal BBQ and picnic table on the deck with fabulous views. And the dune is just low enough here that you still have that wonderful full gulf view even from the front lawn (where at the same time you can also see the sunsets over the IntraCoastal behind the house which are also spectacular).

Surfside Beach is the place to go to get away from it all. This friendly little beach village has a couple of convenience stores and a few local restaurants with great home cooked food and without the big town price. Miss Kitty’s Purple Cow is an institution, so be sure to stop by for one of her delicious cheeseburgers. If you want nightlife; Galveston is about 45-50 minutes up the road, but often guests find they don’t want to leave this serene spot, even for one night.
