Off the beaten path with all of the amenities of the larger resorts. No high rises. LOCATION, location, location.. a key factor. Gulf Place is on the bike path stretching from 30A to Rosemary Beach, fine dining as well as the all American hamburger, exquisite shops, wine bar and music. Three pools, hot tubs, white sandy beaches. Quiet, relaxing and just plain fun.
We met on the beaches of South Walton, we relax now on the beaches of South Walton. You will LOVE it!!!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
No high rises, less traffic, golf, tennis, three swimming pools, restaurants, shopping, all beach activities,bike and kayak rental. We have everything at Gulf Place except the crowds and high volume traffic. We love our coffee on the patio and our beverages watching the sunset.

Mike and I met while I was living at Tops'l Beach and Racquet Club. He a Air Force Pilot at the time and me in the hospitality business. We married five years later, Mike then an American Airlines pilot and me with Plaza Hotel Company. We traveled extensively and always came back to the beautiful beaches of South Walton.
We now live in Franklin, Tennessee, Mike a private pilot instructor and charter pilot, me an interior decorator and real estate stager.

We took advantage of everything Gulf Place Cabanas had to offer - the Sunday night concert, bike rides, tennis courts, cafes and restaurants, and the pools and ocean. And we were also able to fall back in love with nature with the turtles and frogs in the lake. This is a wonderful place for a family vacation.

Our family of four (parents and two young boys) had a great time in this unit - wonderful complex, within short walking distance of beautiful white sand beach, heated pool just outside, lovely original artwork throughout - we'd go back in a heartbeat!

This unit is located in a great central spot which has shops and restaurants within walking distance, but we had the quiet feeling of a little village near the water.

This is a delightful condo with a patio view of one of the three Gulf Place pools! Not only is the condo itself comfortable, the restaurants and shops (and the beach, of course) are just steps outside the door! We would not hesitate to rent this cabana unit again!!

This is the most relaxing spot on the coast. Gulf Place is like being in another world and your condo is beautiful and tastefully decorated,. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves so much.
