Crow’s Nest - 22 N. Grande Beach Drive - Blue Mountain Beach, FL
Soak up the sun in this perfect rental market home with fabulous views of the Gulf of Mexico and the community pool. Totally renovated and professionally decorated in 2005. All furniture, floor surfaces and fixtures throughout the house are new! This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home sleeps 8. It is situated high on a ridge overlooking the large community pool just next door and offers sweeping views of the gulf. Convenient private community beach walkover just 200 walking steps away. The ground floor is newly tiled and the living area has hardwood floors. All three bedrooms are on the ground floor. Monthly rentals available during the winter rate season only.
Ground Floor: Entry hall features a large bench to conveniently hold your “go to the beach” stuff. The King bedroom has a side chair, 2 bedside tables with lamps, TV in an armoire, fine furnishings, beautiful bed linens, ceiling fan and private bath with vanity sink top, large Jacuzzi tub and separate walk-in shower. The Queen bedroom is furnished with two bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers, TV, ceiling fan and fine bed linens. The bunk bedroom is outfitted with two bunk beds (4 twin beds), TV, VCR/DVD, chest of drawers, ceiling fan and festive Ralph Lauren bed linens. The tiled hall bath with vanity sink top and tub/shower serves the queen and bunk bedrooms. Unique large laundry room features an outside entry into a tiled walk-in shower that allows everyone to rinse the sand off before entering the house. Bosch full sized front loading washer and dryer.
Second Floor: The large living room features hardwood floors, a large sectional sofa with lounging section, 3 side chairs, 3 side tables with lamps, a work desk with lamp, stereo with CD player, 27” TV/DVD/VCR, wireless internet connectivity, ceiling fan and gas log fireplace. French doors off living area open to 2nd story deck complete with attractive teak outdoor furniture overlooking pool and offering gulf views. Completely renovated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances (dishwasher, frig, small oven, microwave and gas stove top) and opens out to the dining area with its large antique pine dining table seating up to 8 people. Kitchen is completely outfitted with dishware, silverware, glassware, utensils and cookware, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender and other convenient small appliances. Spiral staircase leads to third story unique crow’s nest.
Third Floor: Crow’s Nest consists of a built-in wet bar, mini frig, game table with 4 chairs, bean bag chairs and balcony overlooking pool and offering spectacular gulf and sunset views.
Outside: Charcoal grill. Beach chairs, beach toys and pool floats are available for use by guests–stock and condition of these items varies throughout the season. Parking for 2 cars in driveway.

Had a great time this week at Crow's Nest. We really enjoyed the layout of your home and its amenities. The proximity to the beach and pool was wonderful. Overall it was a great place to relax for a few days and spend time with family--wish we could stay longer!

Another great Crow's Nest vacation! How can a week go by so fast? The weather was good with a great breeze. Cooking in the fabulous kitchen was fun. Wish we couldv'e stayed another week! What a way to end the kids' summer--thanks for an awesome vacation!!

We thoroughly enojoyed our stay at the Crow's Nest! Weather was great, walk to the beach was short, and our kids loved the pool! The neighborhood was so quiet and everyone was so nice! Looking forward to coming back!
