    renting from Steve was a pure joy. He make it easy for us by allowing us a late check-out. I was a little concerned renting from someone I got off the internet, but there was no problem. We sent money to Steve and he had the hotel aware or our check-in just like a hotel. The location was ideal. We could walk to numerous choices of resturants, bars, shopping areas. Right in the ideal location. The views are spectacular from the 2 spacious lanais. It was nice to have the lanais on opposite sides of the suite so that you could get or avoid sun different times of days. The suite was spacious and very clean. It was very secure. You have your own enty way and it is a described a executive penthouse on the top floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Have no complaints and recommend this suite to you with no reservations. Sharon

  • Steve We envy you greatly for your home in Hawaii. My parents, wife, and children all enjoyed our stay tremendously. The Imperial is not the greatest hotel in Waikiki, but it is hard to imagine anybody thinking it is worthwhile to pay more to stay elsewhere when your views are so tremendous and place so spacious. Daytime or nighttime we were awed by your lanais. And felt so comfortable in the space. If we get the chance to come back the first thing I will do is check your place. And if anybody tells me they are going to Hawaii I will suggest your place. Thanks for everything. John Bryndal and family

  • I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the opportunity to spend our vacation in your Hawaii home. Despite the Kona wind, the week was every bit as special as we had hoped. I also enjoyed your Art work very much, expecially the Ramatuelle-Provence. A well done to the Imperial, too. It was very nice property, with a very kind and helpful staff.     Aloha Steve, Our family had a wonderful time in Hawaii. We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. The location was ideal, the staff was helpful & friendly, and the view was beautiful. We felt very comfortable in the condo and it was nice to have a home away from home. The condo was very clean and neat when we arrived.
