This trip is our fourth time to Hawaii, and second time to Waikiki. We loved our stay at Suzie's place. The location is unbeatable, the view is awesome, the room is very clean, and the kitchen is fully equipped for all kinds of cooking. Suzie is very warm and considerate. Would definitely recommend to our friends.

We have been coming to this penthouse for a few years and this place has never looked better, thanks to Suzie. All the new furnishings and lovely touches Suzie has added is like walking into a new home. All the beds are so comfortable and no detail has been overlooked. This penthouse is in the best location with great food and shopping right at your fingertips, and a short walk across the street to the sandy beach. We sit on one lanai in the morning to watch the sunrise and then enjoy a glass of wine on the other lanai to watch the sunset - and the fireworks on Friday night!

What a Wonderful Place!!!!

The penthouse was well beyond my expectations! The first item we checked out is the views! They are breathtaking! The balconies or lanais are on both sides of the building. On Friday's there are fireworks that are shot off from the Hilton that - there is a perfect view of them from the master bedroom balcony! When we arrived the suite was so clean and so well stocked with so much! There are so many small appliances that what ever you wanted to cook, chop, blend, grill, etc., you could! There was four of us staying here and the bedrooms are on either side of the penthouse so you feel like you have some privacy, but are able to enjoy being with the family. The little touches that Suzie has added make this suite feel so much like a home that you don't feel like you are in a hotel. It was so comfortable and inviting, I can not think of even entertaining the idea of staying any where else while I am in Hawaii! This was my third time to Hawaii, second time to the Imperial and first time in the penthouse. This was my parents' first time for all. We have all been very spoiled now! Mahalo Suzie!!!!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the opportunity to spend our vacation in your Hawaii home. Despite the Kona wind, the week was every bit as special as we had hoped. I also enjoyed your Art work very much, expecially the Ramatuelle-Provence. A well done to the Imperial, too. It was very nice property, with a very kind and helpful staff. The valey service was impressive, as tghey really put forth a nice effort every time. The owners lounge was exceptional, as well. Thanks again!! Respectfully, Don Flanagan
