Sleep comfortably in two more bedrooms including one master bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds. A queen size sleep sofa is also available in the family room. House features one full bath upstairs, one half bath downstairs, a roomy and fully equiped kitchen, a living room with brand new TV and DVD player, and a brand new washer and dryer just off the kitchen.
If you are new to the area, South Bethany Beach is located 5 miles north of Ocean City, Maryland, 10 miles south of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and 1 mile south of Bethany Beach, Delaware. You can easily enjoy the boardwalks, dining, shopping and excitement of all three towns and then seek respite in the quiet, residential town of South Bethany.

To get to the beach from the townhome, simply walk one-half block, cross Route 1, then walk one more short block and you are right on the beach. The beaches in South Bethany are guarded from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
