Photos were accurate. Description is right on. Everything was just as we were told. The owner is concerned that you enjoy the time you are at his townhome. I recommend this to all would be renters. The location is as stated, 2 blocks to a shopping center with a grotto pizza, a gourmet coffee/bakery/deli with nearly everything you could want. Nice big yard for kids to play, and opportunity on the canals to crab.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, tourists without a car.

Wish It Were My Home

This was our second stay. The location is great. We drop our canoe in the canal from the backyard each morning and walk across the street to the beach each afternoon. The decorations are tasteful. Lots of space. And the kitchen has everything you need.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

South Bethany Town House

We loved our stay at this property- The location is perfect and the beach is beautiful! The house is well equipt with everything you need- we were surprised there were even extra beach chairs and bikes! The area is quite and we were able to completely relax! We will be back next year for sure!

We felt as if we were somehow visiting "home" -- the kids were so excited when they recognized your place. "Ooooh! We remember this house! We love it here!" Your home has all the amenities a family looks for -- and the convenience of the great shops, deli, ice cream parlors, not to mention ocean's proximity. From our Guest Book... Loved that the beach was just a hop, skip and jump away and paddling from the backyard was great. Had fun crabbing off the little dock. House has all the amenities anyone could want, not to mention attractive appointments. Will be in touch about coming back same time next year. Note to future visitors: Don't miss James Farm Ecological Center (Rt. 26). It will be hard to leave beautiful Bethany Beach. It was epic!

What a lovely place! Everything we could hope for and more -- screened porches, fantastic kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and it was all spotless. FANTASTIC location -- short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. Owners are terrific to work with - very professional and yet personable. We want to come back!

Absolutely LOVE this beach townhouse!It's beautifully and tastefully decorated, roomy and CLEAN. Kitchen is well-stocked with modern appliances and tools.Stereo, cable TV, DVD player - all perfect touches. Location is so convenient to beach, McCabes, and Grotto Pizza. A total winner all around! Will definitely stay here again.

This place is so beachy and charming. And comfortable! I enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and McCabe's. I couldn't ask for a better deal in South Bethany! Hope to return in September!
