Key West Style home with four bedrooms, five baths, with state-of-the-art kitchen. Three floors. FIRST FLOOR - living room with hard-wood floors, master bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet, terrazo shower with double sinks,Open concept kitchen and dining room. SECOND FlOOR - two master bedrooms with private baths in each. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and twin bed in forward bedroom. Rear Master bedroom has King Bed with Long Sofa in room. Bathroom has double sinks,tub and shower.There is a walk-in closet and inside walk-in closet is a twin bed. Each Bedroom has a private lanaii

The Third Floor - Has terrazo floor with wet bar and sink, private 1/2 bath.This floor has one Queen bed and one twin bed. House is decorated very comfortably with fun beach things and many antiques.To get to beach from Thomas Drive-about 75yards. Next to Schooners Resturant. You have great views of ocean from 3nd floor. 2 story Merrimac Peach Condo's across thomas drive, walk thru and you are at the ocean, about 75 yards from my front door to ocean. You do cross Thomas Drive to get to ocean. Thomas drive goes down to two lanes here and there is a grassy strip in front of house so its easy to cross here to get to beach. There is beach rentals for chairs and jet skiis close by Schooners. Walk left a little ways and you are at the St. Andrews State Beach Park.

Its one of the few houses in Panama City Beach with its own Pool,approx.size is 16 by 26 feet. You can swim in it.We are pet friendly! All bedrooms have there own PRIVATE BALCONIES and PRIVATE BATHROOMS. Good for multible families.
