This beach condominium has it all. Direct Gulf Front Corner unit with ocean views from every room! Granite countertops in kitchen and baths with all Stainless Steel appliances, a DCS gas grill in private grilling area, beach cabana closet to store your beach wares, heated pool and hot tub AND the back door faces the Intercostal for boating access.
It is professionally decorated with King Pillowtop Bed in MBR and Simmons Twins in 2nd BR. There is a Flat Screen 35" TV/DVD in LR and two other TV's in MBR and 2nd BR. Each has their own built-in VCR/DVD.
We have assigned undercover parking, washer/dryer in unit, walk-in shower in master bath, and walk-in closet in master bedroom. You will know it is the builders model from the upgraded baking microwave, the convection oven, and Italian tile in baths.
We want you to really enjoy your stay, so we have added 200-channel digital cable and WiFi high-speed Internet access and fax. Enjoy a day at the beach, walk to one of several restaurants, and relax on you 20-foot balcony overlooking the beach. It is all here waiting for you.

Why the Owner Chose Indian Rocks Beach
This is a very desireable Direct Gulf Front corner unit. This building, called Oceanside, is especially nice with its Italian Villa details inside and out. The pool deck is right on the beach so you can walk from beach to pool in a few short steps.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This unit was the builder model so it has a lot of upgrades to the tile in baths and kitchen. It also has a cabana where we store our beach wares and I found it nice to have a grille on the property as well.
