This professionally decorated condo is located along the Eleventh Fairway in the private gated community of Naples Heritage Golf & Country Club. There is a 37" LCD flat screen HDTV & Blu-Ray DVD player in the family room, a 32" LCD flat screen HDTV & DVD/VCR in the master bedroom and a 19" LCD flat screen in the guest bedroom. New carpeting, paint throughout, and new recliner in the family room. All appliance new in 2010 and they are stainless steel, Gallery Series. Dishwasher is quietest in its class. This condo is located on the 3rd. floor and you have the option of either stairs or an elevator to reach the unit. The 3rd. floor location provides breathtaking views of the entire Par 4 Eleventh Hole, a lagoon that attracts wild birds and the occasional alligator which are set against the private backdrop of a nature preserve of evergreen trees.

The condo has two bedrooms and two full baths as well as a queen size sofa bed. The master suite has a king size bed, 32" LG LCD flat screen HDTV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and a marble shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, 19" LG LCD flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The bedroom is located next to the second full size bath. This unit also has a private, screened in lanai with lighted ceiling fan and comfortable furniture (includes motorized shutters). The lanai coupled with the view make for a perfect spot to relax, read, watch nature as well as the golfers go by and/or enjoy a cocktail.

This condo has been family owned since pre-construction and has been equipped, decorated and taken care of as you would your own home. As a community policy NO pets are allowed and there is NO Smoking permitted in the condo or on the lanai and all rental periods will be for a minimum of one month.

For a small transfer fee you can enjoy full membership privileges. Naples Heritage is an 18 Hole, Par 72, Championship Golf Course (See link below) that is located adjacent to wildlife preserves. This golf course caters to all players with five sets of tees that make the course as short as 4500 yards or as long as 6600 yards. There is a driving range, putting green, and newly remodeled Clubhouse with casual and fine dining. May through October full golfing privileges at 40 or more additional courses in the Naples area are included with Golf transfer fee. Other amenities include four pools, lighted tennis courts, and a Clubhouse. The Clubhouse features a fitness center, Pro Shop, and locker rooms with a sauna. The course has completed a major renovation the summer of 2005 which includes adding Champion grass to the greens, rebuilding the driving range and practice greens at a cost of nearly $800,000. The multi-million dollar renovation of the club house was completed for the 2008 season. You are be able to enjoy an outdoor dining facility as you watch the golfers finish, a separate grill room, and all new exercise facility with your optional membership transfer.
