1FISH 2FISH in Old Florida Village - Beaches of South Walton
Welcome to 1Fish 2Fish, our homey, spacious, convenient, and fun beach house located in Santa Rosa Beach's Old Florida Village off Scenic Highway 30-A. The Fish is the largest floor plan offered in the neighborhood and will provide you with a home-away-from-home on Florida's famous Emerald Coast.
You will be minutes away from convenient public beach access (with rest rooms!) where you will enjoy the crystal clear, blue-green waters for which we are famous. Walk five to ten minutes to several great restaurants and Gulf Place, a commercial and residential meeting spot with restaurants, cool shops, and an outdoor pavilion with seasonal music and movie offerings.
Our kitchen is full sized with Silverstone counters, a large eating bar, and everything you will need if you feel like cooking. The open dining and living room provide a large Texas oak table for comfortably seating six to eight, synthetic down-filled cushions on the sofa and loveseat, and a few old pieces scattered among colorful art and shabby chic beach decor. There is a half bath and complete laundry room off the kitchen for convenience. The decor is best described as colorful eclectic, far from boring and designed for your comfort and pleasure. Of course, there is a TV and DVD player in every room.
Relax on the front porch, the side porch, or the back porch - your pick, especially on the sometimes-cool-enough-to-sit-outside breezy evenings we have around here. With your favorite beverage, of course. And for the king and queen of the party, there is a private porch off the master retreat upstairs, perfect for romantic star gazing and morning coffee sipping. The house backs on to undeveloped maritime woods teaming with all kinds of critters.
The master bedroom is big enough to sleep all eight of you, if you bring your sleeping bags. If not, the king-size bed takes up a small part of the room so you can have a party there if the downstairs fills up. Bathrooms are big, closets are spacious, and we know you will enjoy your stay with us.

PROPERTY WAS WARM, COZY AND WITHOUT FLAWS!

We stayed at "1 Fish, 2 Fish" on our family vacation back in late June 2011, and we had a simply wonderful time at this warm and cozy beach home! We arrived a bit early for our stay, but the house was already immaculately cleaned and welcoming from the moment we opened the front door! The house was so bright, cheery and full of color, and every comfort from home seems to have been brought into this house. It looks to have been decorated by gifted interior decorators, and no detail has been left out, but at the same time, it seems to have all the warmth, charm and familiarity as being at "home" yourself. The area is beautiful and very inviting to rent a bike for the week and tour the pretty and friendly neighborhood and nearby beach area. It truly felt like we lived at the beach the week we were there, and I cannot wait to return. My husband and 3 daughters echoed all my sentiments and loved having their own bedrooms to hang out in and watch their own shows on their TVs. All bedrooms, bathrooms and closests were very spacious, and everything is so conveniently arranged and located. This whimsical fish-themed home is simply beach-perfect, and I know where our future vacations will take place. There was simply nothing "fishy" about this charming beach cottage, and it's a beautiful haven from the fast-paced and busy world we live in. "1 Fish, 2 Fish" gets 10 out of 10 fishes from these beach lovers!
