This slice of Paradise is a magnificent, 3800-square-foot home with additional, 600-square-foot balconies offering beautiful views of the gulf.
Destin Manor has everything! Huge living and dining areas on three separate levels provide the ultimate in family privacy, plenty of space, and beautiful balcony views of the gulf. It is located in the quiet, private subdivision of Terra Cotta Terrace. Although it is not a beach front; just a short walk (approximately 900 feet) to the gulf. The subdivision offers a private entrance to the beach, two tennis courts, sand volleyball pit, clubhouse, and sauna.
To satisfy your social needs you will definitely have to visit the huge subdivision pool (heated in the winter months) just behind the house. Destin Manor sleeps 18 on three levels - three queens, four twins, three queen-size sleeper sofas, and a set of bunk beds.
First floor - one bedroom (queen-size bed), bunk beds, and queen-size sleeper sofa (leather) with a kitchen and dining area along with sitting area. It also has a utility room with washer/dryer and a two-car garage.
Second floor - living (queen-size sleeper sofa), dining, kitchen, master suite (queen) with jacuzzi, guest bedroom (two twins).
Third floor - living (queen-size leather sleeper sofa), dining, kitchen, master suite (queen) with jacuzzi, guest bedroom (two twins).
Rental Policies: We are proud to offer your family accommodations (no vacationing students) with below market rates, so that you can enjoy a beach vacation on the Emerald Coast. The security/reservation deposit $500-$800 is required and due upon booking a reservation along with half the rent. Rates do not include 10% sales tax. No refunds for early departures or late cancellations. Security/Reservation deposit will be refunded by check with in 14 days of departure providing there is no damage and all policies and conditions are followed.
