Location, location, location! Just steps from the beautiful white sandy beach of the Emerald Coast, no elevators or parking lots here! Unit is located next to Deer Lake State Park assuring a very private beach. You won't believe the view from all three decks.
The townhome boasts an outside shower, covered parking, large living room, dining room, kitchen with snack bar, and bathroom on 1st floor. The 2nd floor offers a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and master bath. The second bedroom consists of a queen-sized bed along with its own bathroom and shower & tub. The room has its own large deck which overlooks the Deer Lake State Park neighborhood. There is also a washer and dryer on the second floor. Buitl in closets make your stay just like home.
The townhouse is just steps from a walk-over leading to the beautiful white sandy beach, clear water, wonderful swimming in warm and shallow waters, dolphin watching, great fishing, surfing, and gorgeous sunsets.

WALTON DUNES is hard to beat for view, location and price. The unit we stayed in had just recently been updated and it almost felt new. Even though the complex has been there for awhile, it has been well maintained. It's small, CLOSE to the beach (there's a view from every room) and quiet. We will definitely stay there again - hopefully in the same unit. The owner was very helpful and friendly.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Walton Dunes. We have vacationed in this area for several years in a row and we loved this location. It was close to the beach with quick access to the beach and a very short drive into Seagrove. The recent renovations were nice and the place was very clean. Absolutely loved the new front load washer and dryer upstairs. We spent our mornings eating breakfast on the decks and we watched sunsets from the beach and also from the easy access board walk. Booking was easy and the Realty service was very helpful in answering our questions. It was the perfect place for a small family or two couples.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children.
