Unit is located next to Deer Lake State Park assuring a very private beach. You won't believe the view from all three decks. Both front decks overlook the beach from the living room and master bedroom, and the back deck of the second bedroom overlooks the million dollar neighborhood.
The townhome boasts an outside shower, covered parking, large living room, dining room, kitchen with snack bar, and bathroom on 1st floor. The 2nd floor offers a master bedroom with a king-sized bed and master bath. The second bedroom consists of a queen-sized bed along with its own bathroom and shower & tub. The room has its own large deck which overlooks the Deer Lake State Park neighborhood. There is also a washer and dryer on the second floor.
The townhouse is just steps from a walk-over leading to the beautiful white sandy beach, clear water, wonderful swimming in warm and shallow waters, dolphin watching, great fishing, surfing, and gorgeous sunsets.
