Two living rooms can accomodate both those who just want to sit, relax and talk and those who want to watch TV.
Three spacious, carpeted bedrooms can accommodate 10 people and are configured with 2 kings and two sets of twin over full bunk beds, queen sleeper sofa, master bedroom also has a twin sleeper sofa ....a little something for everyone.
In addition, this delightful ocean-facing property has two covered decks that offer you a private retreat to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise or sip a cool drink while taking in the sunset. The third deck, complete with chaise lounge chairs, is adjacent to the pool so that you can keep an eye on the children while they swim. A gas grill, a large and enclosed hot/ cold outdoor shower and an outdoor storage closet for your beach equipment are also provided. In addition, there is a wooden walkway to the beach, right over the gorgeous dunes. Carolina Beach is the perfect place for a family getaway. We wanted a house that was Ocean Front and had a pool, on an uncrowded beach.

Sandstep's location is prime. It is private and peaceful, yet you can walk to several resturants and stores. Enjoy dinner on the deck with "the best seat in the house"!!!

We live in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, but we are in love with Carolina Beach. Growing up in Pennsylvania we always went to the Jersey shore and Florida. We live near the Gulf of Mexico but nothing beats the excitement of the Atlantic Ocean. We own the house, along with our two daughters and their husbands. Our daughter and I love to cook, so you know your kitchen will be well equipped. We take pride in knowing that our cleaning team does an excellent job. Most of all we love coming to the beach to relax and recharge. Sandstep satisfies all with its breath taking views, family friendly beach, and of course, the pool. What else do you need?
