Just settle into this beautiful single family home located in a top rated golf course community with tennis, beach shuttle to Bethany beach, outdoor/indoor pools, Tot lot and complete fitness center. The house features a first floor master suite with king-size pillow top mattress and a super bath with custom tile and generous size soaking tub and separate shower, as well as a color TV with DVD/VCR. There are hardwood floors in the master bedroom and throughout the first floor. The great room features a 42 inch flat screen with DVD and a gourmet kitchen with corian counters, stainless appliances, gas cooking, and all the tools needed to create gourmet meals. The Large Dining room is fun for dinner, games or Steamed crabs for 8-10! There is also a fully equiped laundry room on the first floor. The second floor features 3 additional bedrooms, and a Jack-n-Jill bath. Bedroom 2 features a queen size bed and a full size crib with changing table. Bedroom 3 features a twin over full bunk, pull out twin trundle and flat panel TV, DVD/VCR and toys. Bedroom 4 features a bunk bed, and a full size pull out futon bed along with color cable TV and DVD/VCR.

What a magnificent house!!! We stayed here the last week of the summer (2009) and had a wonderful time. The layout of the home was great for the four of us, and even if our family came to visit, we could accommodate them as well. The decor was beachy and nice. The views out back were beautiful. Everything about the house was perfect! Can't wait to come again this summer!!!

stayed in this beautiful home this past spring and will be returning in the fall. so enjoyed the deck, yard, and lovely rooms. had two pre-schoolers with us and accomodations for them were terrific. kitchen fully equipped so we needed to bring nothing but food and beverages. interior decorating perfect....casual, tasteful and welcoming. great home!!

I stayed there the first week of July 2006. This is a wonderfull property almost as new with room for everybody. The kitchen is well supplied and the beds confortable. All the family appreciated. There is a pool (indoor & outdoor) and tennis not far. You are 4 minutes to a very big grocery store. Count 10 minutes to the beach by car on a good day. For someone looking for confort and calm.
