Utility Deposit $700 per week (tenant pays utilities: pool gas, electric, weekly pool and lawn maintenance, cable and water) approx: $500 of fixed maintenance costs per week plus utilities, electric, water and pool gas per usage.
$5,000 per month security deposit minimum or 10 % on over 30 day rentals
A rental contract will need to be signed. Our home has consistently rented every summer, often through the rental agencies of Southampton.
