The home has a gourmet kitchen, hardwood floors and large open space. New carpet and window treatments in 2011.
Ideal for one or two families with two bedrooms upstairs including one with its own private deck. The other bedroom is very large with two twin beds and has the washer/dryer. Downstairs has two more bedrooms near the 2nd full bath.
No Pets, Maximum of 8 people including children, no smoking.

Final paymet due 30 days in advance of 1st day of stay.
$300 damage deposit.
Deposit check is destroyed when property has been left in good shape
Linens and towels are provided for an additional $100.

We've rented this property two years in a row and hope it will be available next year as well. The waterfront is beautiful- our family enjoyed many gorgeous Door County sunsets and fires on the beach. Located on a private road, it is still centrally located close to all the restaurants, shops and activity. Two bedrooms up and two down allowed for privacy and noise reduction from the younger ones. The internet access was a real plus so my husband could still stay connected to work.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
