Ideal for one or two families with two bedrooms upstairs including one with its own private deck. The other is very large with two twin beds. Downstairs has two more bedrooms near the 2nd full bath.
No Pets, Maximum of 8 people including children, no smoking.

$300 damage deposit.
Deposit check is destroyed when property has been left in good shape
