  Hi Michelle, Thank you for a wonderful stay in Boston. Since Christine is looking at Berklee, the location couldn't have been better for us. If she ends up going to College there, I'll definitely contact you about future stays. Oh, and not able to get the key to work....completely our fault! On our very first excursion, we walked back to the door of the building next door - duh!!! We figured it out when someone let us in the first door, and the lobby was carpeted. We had a good laugh about that one. So, there's absolutely nothing wrong with your lock or key. Thanks again, Diane

  My daughter and I came to Boston to check out a college she is considering, and to do some sight-seeing. We stayed in "apt 2", a wonderful apartment in the beautiful Back Bay area. It is small, but comfortable for 2 people, very clean and well-maintained. The location couldn't be better, within easy walking distance to the T, Fenway, and most Back Bay locations. The full kitchen was a real bonus for us, and we saved $ by eating a couple of meals a day at the apartment. There are several markets and a Trader Joe's within a few blocks where we could get groceries. The air conditioner kept the apartment cool and comfortable even in the August heat. We used the "Go Boston" card for our touring days, a great deal for anyone spending several days seeing the sights of Boston. I only wish we had been able to stay longer to see more of the attractions and historical sites that this card allows you to visit. We also bought week-long passes to the T on our first day, and found that we were navigating the subway system and the city like old pros in no time. Michelle was great to work with, and always responded to me quickly while I was arranging our stay. We didn't contact Michelle while we were in Boston, as everything was completely to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this property to friends, and will contact Michelle about accommodations for any future stays in Boston. Thanks, Michelle

  This studio was perfect for our 3 day visit to Back Bay Boston! A quiet neighborhood location, yet in walking distance of the T, Newbury Street, the Christian Science Monitor complex, the Prudential Center, Copley Square and more. Clean and efficient kitchen. Recommend it!

  Dear Michelle, we are back in Germany. We enjoyed the time in Boston in your apt very much. Now our two sons in germany also want to go to Boston to visit their brother. Perhaps they can stay in your apt for a week from September 3 th - September 9 th. Please tell me, if it is possible and how much are the total cost for a week. Thanks Herbert

  Apt #2 is in a GREAT location for a baseball game! And convenient to the very friendly and informative tourist trolley with stops all around the harbor and historic sites. Like the West Coast visitors before us, getting the key was a little inconvenient, the TV wasn't working for us either... and it was most inconvenient for us that they used the last of the TP. Unfortunately for us, there was NO toilet paper or paper towels when we arrived. Lucky for us, there is a CVS across the street. So, after a long day of travel, on the 4th and final leg of our Summer Baseball tour, those little challenges right off the bat did not make a good first impression. Once we managed those obstacles, the apartment was indeed a great alternative to a hotel.

  Recommended for: Tourists without a car, sightseeing.

  Owner response: I have forwarded your review to my house cleaner so guests will have plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. As far as the TV, Comcast just recently required all customers to hook up a new adapter to all TVs. I did not know this until I called with a problem. Since then, all my apts have had adapters hooked up to each TV.

  My wife and I stayed at the Charles Gate East location. It is a small studio with a murphy bed. We loved it, the apartment had everything we needed, it was clean, quiet and very close to the T. At first we were disappointed that we weren't staying at the Marlborough location as advertised but it became our good fortune. We already had tickets to watch the Sox play and Fenway is one block away. Great apartment and can't wait to use again.

  We had never been to Boston before and we stayed at the unit in Park Drive near Fenway Park. It was perfect forour needs. Keith was doing a Harvard course at the Fairmont Coply Plaza and it was easily walkable as were most things for us. I did a bus tour and several pick up points were in walking distance allowing me to see the highlights of the city. The appartment was well appointed and spotless. Should we come back to Boston we will definately be in touch to see if the apartment is available again. Thank you very much Michelle

  This was our first trip to Boston, and we found Apt #3 to be a terrific alternative to staying in a hotel. It was a perfect size for two, extremely clean, quiet, & comfortable. We did have a couple of glitches getting the key & with the TV, but Michelle was always helpful & prompt, resolving the issues quickly. We loved the location... It was a treat to walk through the local gardens, before reaching the bustle of the city, (so many shops &so little time!). Great local for baseball fans ... Across the street from Fenway. The only comment for improvement I would make is to provide a few more kitchen supplies (no cereal bowls) & T.P. (1 roll did not last very long!). We definitely would recommend this to our friends.

  Michelle: We just wanted to say Thank you for letting us stay at your Park Drive place. We had a GREAT time!! We were busy almost every second of every day. I think we did all the tourist stuff and then some! Our flight left early this morning, so didn't have time to even straighten up at all (we left the apartment at 5:45 am!). I hope things were OK.   This was our first time in Boston and this apartment was in a perfect location. We were able to walk to the T and to some great shops, restaurants and Fenway! The park across the street was really pretty, too! The apartment was clean and comfortable. I would totally stay here again the next time we get to Boston!

  I attended a convention at the Hynes Convention Center and was looking to stay somewhere off the beaten path of other convention attendess. This place was perfect. The location is close to everything - convention, shopping, food, drink, market, the T, walking/biking trail on Charles River....Honestly, it could not have been a better location for what I needed. The building and street are quiet. And, my correspondence with the property owner was amazing (quick responses, helpful, above and beyond expectations). In regards to expense, it was so much more affordable than a convention hotel, and I was able to make my own coffee and breakfast. The unit has everything you need (toaster, coffee maker, iron......) Two thumbs way up.

  Very accessible to the transit system, lovely walking neighborhood close to shops, restaurants, grocery stores, mall. Nicely furnished, high ceilings, quiet and priced right for short-term stay in Boston. Will stay here again!

  I recently stayed at the apt on Marlborough St. and loved it! The atmosphere was so cozy and comfortable, much better then staying at any of the hotels and just as close to everything I wanted to do. The beds are very comfortable and actually give you more space than you think. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

  Cozy little apartment in a lovely section of Boston. Comfy furniture, nice tub and shower, and tiny kitchen. The neighborhood is surprisingly quiet considering it is so close to everything we wanted to do. This was the perfect place for our 2nd honeymoon. Location made it easy to walk down Newbury St. for an ice cream, Spanish latte, Red Sox shirt, or luxury soap. Esplanade, Fenway, and Copley Square, all close by. Owner Michelle was so nice and available to answer all our questions. We are looking forward to staying there again!

  I stayed in the Back Bay/Fenway apartment. The location is great - Fenway is just across the street. It is a 10 minute walk to Hynes Convention Center area. The apartment is very well kept, very neat and comfortable. There were a couple of issues with front door lock - but the owner immediately responded by phone and email and had the lock replaced the same day within hours of my concerns arising. The price cannot be beat - much cheaper than area hotels. Overall a great place at a great price! I would rent from this owner again without concern.

  You cannot beat this place. It is slightly larger than a hotel room, but has a much nicer feel. The price per night and the location are GREAT! You are only steps for Newbury street and all kinds of restaurants/bars and shopping. We walked to the theater district and Fenway Park. In fact we only used a taxi to get to/from the airport. The unit we had was on the 4th floor so there was a lot of steps to go up, but we looked at it as exercise to burn off some calories from the eating and drinking we were doing!

  This location was great for my stay in Boston. Walking distance to everything I needed, included the T. Just a block away from the river. The apartment was nice, laid out well, and perfect for the length of stay. When I come back, I will definitely try and book this place.
