3 bedroom, 2 bath condo on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks at the 12 mile marker (built in 11/04). Lake view back porch is completely screened for year-round entertaining.

All rooms have 27" or 32" TV's with DVD players. Master bedroom & bedroom #2 have queen beds, bedroom #3 has 2 twin beds. Master bedroom has private bath and access to the back porch. Bedrooms #2 & #3 share a separate bath. Full size kitchen with seating for 4 at the bar, plus separate dining area with seating for 4.

Gas grill on front porch for grilling. Back porch has table with seating for 5, plus additional seating.

Boat slip has room for storing up to 3 PWC's.

  • This condo was perfect for our family get-a-way to the lake.  It was very spacious and comfortable.  The screened in porch was large and lots of furniture.  The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. Hopefully we can enjoy this condo in the future.

  • 5 Star Condo with a great view of the lake! This condo is in a great location and easy to get to. 3 large bedrooms and a full kitchen were very clean. Next trip to the Ozarks I would definitely use this condo if available. Thanks for a good time!
