This house was built for comfort and care-free relaxation. There is a one-acre pond next to the house - perfect for boating or fishing - it is stocked with Catfish. Bring your fishing rods, as no license or permit is required. Relax, take off your shoes, pick up your favorite reading material and enjoy God's country.

The property sits atop the Catskills, and with over 195 acres of solitude, there are plenty of ways to unwind and relax. The city of Oneonta is only 15 minutes away, where there are lots of things to do including, Soccer Hall of Fame, shopping, movies, fine restaurants and much more!

Cooperstown is only a 35-minute drive, home of Baseball Hall of Fame and Dreams Park.

In the summer, on the lakes and rivers close by, you can go boating, canoeing or swimming. There is even a lake where you can launch a motor boat!. Of course,also available are the Catskills and all the activities that make the Catskills such a favorite for so many.
