We have a large master suite on the beach with a king. The master bathroom has a garden tub, seperate shower and closet. The 2nd bedroom has a trundle with 2 pillowtop twin mattresses. The 2nd bathroom is in the hall.
The BEACH SERVICE is a FREE amenity already paid for by owners. This includes two padded chaises and an umbrella. This is a RESERVED (1106) set up for you daily at no extra cost to you as our guest. You are saving $25-$35 per day.

Security Deposit to be held by credit card until condo can be inspected. (We have never kept any deposit) This is like a second home and hope it will be enjoyed by our guests. If there is any problem upon arrival please let us know. There is a $85.00 cleaning fee. ANY DAMAGES WILL BE CHARGED PLUS THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. IF YOU ARE EVICTED YOU WILL BE CHARGED SECURITY DEPOSIT PLUS NO RENTAL REFUND. QUITE TIME IS 10pm-8am.
DO NOT MOVE ANY OF OUR FURNITURE OR ELECTRONICS. NOTHING IS TO BE TAKEN FROM OUR ROOM. NONE OF OUR LINENS ARE TO BE USED ON THE BEACH OR POOL AREA. BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS AND BLANKETS. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR DAMAGED OR LOST LINENS.
Guests visiting for Ball Tournaments please bring your own wash rags and hand towels to use after the games. Please do not wear cleats or muddy shoes in the condo.
After unit is booked and paid, cancelation must be owner authorized for refund. 60 days or less cancellation, deposit will not be refunded but can be applied to another date. 30 days or less no refunds but will rebook for another date if possible, deposit lost. WE ARE PRETTY FLEXIBLE. You can check in at 5:00 PM and check out at 10:00 AM. We use a private cleaner. If you have any problems you must call us directly, if you have someone from the office come in they charge a fee. If there is a major emergency please tell the office and call us first.

Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach
We love the beach. Sunrise Beach is a great complex with many amenities. The main activity area is on the 5TH floor with four decks of parking underneath. The amenity floor has a nice exercise room overlooking the pools and the beatiful gulf. It also has two large pools, two hot tubs, front desk, HOA office, vending machines and a large meeting room. Our course our favorite place is the beach. There is also a grilling area on the walkway to the beach.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Comcast High Speed internet is also available in the unit along with Comcast cable TV with HBO.

Spent the week of Oct. 1, 2011 at this unit at Sunrise Beach and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. Excellent view of the ocean from the 11th floor. Furniture and decor were very pleasing not to mention very comfortable. The owners were very accomodating as well. Would definately rent this unit again!
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

This condo was just as advertized, it had everything we needed. The very large well furnished patio is perfect for breakfast overlooking the water. We were only two but 4 would be very comfortable here too (especially if the other 2 were kids) Sharkey's is just a few steps along the beach and is awesome! they have live entertainment almost everynight and the seafood and prices are terrific. Owner is extremly helpful and accommidating with any concerns or questions you have. I highly recommend this unit and property! Make sure to check out downtown panama city, very cute and some great little shops!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

My husband and I go to this condo about once a month. We enjoy walking to Sharky's to eat lunch or eating at Montego Bay. The beach is beautiful on this part of the Gulf. We love using the Beach chairs and umbrella that is already set up. I like the fact that it is a new building and everything is so nice. We hope our guest will love it as much as we do.
