Girls college grads with a week off med school. We had the greatest time the manager hooked us up with the spa for the full works, facials, massages, sauna, Wow what a great time. We all took turns running the great trails in the resort, riding bikes, horse-back riding through the jungle where they filmed Lost. That sunset horse ride on the way back to the resort was incredible large fluffy clouds and setting sun on the Hotel was breath taking. Some of the girls got to take tennis lessons from the resort pro. I have to admit I personally enjoyed the surfing lessons by a pro at the hotel. It was great in that you can rent a board and take one on one lessons. Would highly recommend this ocean front unit to any age group. The interior with it's elegant surrounding and many amenities provided an exception vacation for some very needy girls.

I have heard a lot about how nice Turtle Bay is. I could only imagine how nice it was until I arrived and I completely underestimated it. This place is Paradise. The people were great. The view is spectacular. It was everything and more than what the agent had told us. The agent was extremely helpful. She checked in with us every now and then to make sure everything was okay. I didn't want to leave, I started missing the place even before we left. I will definately go there again. My wife and I are starting to plan our next trip. I highly recommend this place.

From fine dining to sunset horseback riding along the beach. Bicycle rental, surf board rental plus professional lessons for surf, golf and tennis by excellent pros.

Presidental Suite Wedding Reception

We had our wedding reception in this fabulous ocean front Villa truely it was and is all the listing and photos show. Geri the manager was great to work with from the first email down to all the preparation for this very stressfull yet exciting event for our family. The Villa was very elegant and a great unit to organize and entertain in for our family reception dinner. The resort offered unlimted activities for all family member from the youngest 4 yr old to my father and his golf. The Villa is very well stocked with boogieboards, snokel equipment, romatic picnic basket, and the activity book with instuctions for the surf lessons, bike rental, hiking paths, horse back riding etc was a nice touch. Geri had great suggestions for dining out and island excursions. Can't wait to return to the Villa for our first Anniversary. We would highly recommend the condo, the resort and its wonderful manager. Thanks Again Geri We will see you next yr.

beautiful suite, UNRELIABLE agent

This unit is spectacular and we thoroughly loved our stay here. My warning is to the people that rent from this agent though. She is a friendly but unprofessional agent. On our first evening there, she did not forward me the entrance code into the building after many requests, so upon arrival at 10:30pm at night, we were unable to get in to the unit and had to get a hotel for the night. We called and called and called her, but apparently she fell asleep. Note that we placed calls to her all the way from the airport in to the resort, over a 2 hour period!!! She paid for the hotel, but didn't offer up a refund of the night lost at the condo. The phone didn't work in the condo and she said that she would get that fixed...she didn't...She also took 15 weeks to return our $1000 deposit. Highly recommend Turtle Bay, but please, do yourself a favour and DO NOT rent from this agent...she is not to be trusted!!! There are many other trusted agents that rent in this complex that I would go to. In fact, the resort themselves adjacent to this property know nothing about this particular person...so be forewarned...I have never left any negative feedback on VRBO but feel that I need to as this person is not to be trusted with your hard earned money!

Owner response:We have been managing upper end executive units all over the world for 30 years. WE HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD REVIEW EVER!!!!! We made the mistake of offering to meet them at the airport and escort them out to Turtle Bay 1.25 hrs from the airport late at night. She insisted on shopping at Costco first and than she would call. Mind you this is at 8:00 pm. We did NOt get her call, and yes by 10:30 I went to bed. We did comp their room at the Hotel though. She also rented another of our units in KoOlina after Turtle Bay. She was very uppity and difficult to please in any respect during and after her stay. She felt KoOlina was inferior to Turtle Bay, however in an effort to please her we discounted the 2nd half of her stay back to Turtle Bay to 1/3 the normal cost. Her security deposit refund took longer because she never provided a return address. Many attempts to get an address had no response . We promptly refunded it when she answered our request for the return address. In business you are going to please some of the people some of the time but it is impossible to please all the people all the time. We make every effort to provide a first class unit with first class service.
