The vacation rental units are in a gated, private, and secured location. Each second floor, walk-up unit has two bedrooms, two baths with a balcony, roof-top terrace, and its own parking spot. The units are located right across the street from the beach. Dorado is on the north side of the island facing the Atlantic Ocean. Book any six nights or longer stay during June 01, 2008 to Nov 30, 2008 and you will automatically receive a free rental for six nights stay for four guest during the same time period in 2010 (June 01, 2010 - Nov 30, 2010).
Your only requirement during the 2010 stay will be to pay the tax and cleaning. Bills for the six nights free stay. This is for four guests, additional quest charges will apply. Maximum of six guests to a rental unit. We do not charge additional guest for children sixteen and younger.

Why the Owner Chose Dorado
The area is great with the beach across the street and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. There is a snack shop with full bar on the beach which sometimes has live music. The restaurants also feature live music during the spring, summer months and also December holiday season. Dorado is nice, quit during the week with plenty to do, places to visit. The area livens up on the weekends when the locals take to the beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The rentals feature a balcony with views of the beach and rooftop terrace where you can also see the ocean. I enjoy morning coffee on the balcony while I read my paper with a piece of warm freshly baked bread with butter. My son and I head out to the beach for a few hours and then its off to visit family or go sightseeing. The evening hours are great on the rooftop terrace. We sometimes run over to the beach where the anglers come in about noon time and get some fresh fish. When we get back to the apartment its up to the rooftop terrace to enjoy the sunset and put our seasoned fish on the grill. A nice cold corona some sides, a little music the sunset makes it all a day in paradise!

Nelly and I have worked for a major Wall Street corporation and relocated to Delaware in 1994. We have family and friends in Puerto Rico and go back each year to visit. In 2005 I was in Puerto Rico on business and my cousin told me she had two apartments for sale by the beach. They were under contract but the buyers had opted out of contract due to a death in their family. I visited the area and immediately fell in love with the area and apartments. When she asked me which one I wanted I said both without even thinking if I could afford them. The area was perfect and the apartments are right across the street from the beach I had to buy them! We went to the bank made the purchase and immediately set one up as a vacation rental. Read our story on our website.
