This condominium is located in the Coco Beach/Cape Canaveral area's most luxurious, oceanfront, resort complex.
This charming condo has all the comforts of home with a fully-applicanced kitchen and breakfast bar. The living room has a 42" flat screen TV with free HBO and DVD player and a comfortable pull-out queen sofabed. The separate sunroom has a dining table for four. A balcony off the sunroom offers an ocean view and is a wonderful spot to relax while enjoying the warm Florida air, or watch the cruise ships come and go.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and cable TV. The bathroom has both a full shower and a separate tub/shower. There is an additional vanity area with sink and lots of counter space outside of the bathroom.
The resort is located on a spectacular beach, has private beach access, oceanside heated pool and jacuzzi. A large, beautifully furnished and air-conditioned clubhouse on the property has internet access. There is even a barbeque area with tables and grills for those who want to cook outside. This resort provides it all - there is truly something for everyone in this beautiful area.
You are close to the space shuttle and can watch the rocket launches from the beach. The Carnival and Disney Cruise Lines leave from port, making it a great place to extend your cruise vacation or just to watch the cruise ships sailing in and out. Port Canaveral has nightly casino cruises for those who want a taste of Vegas out on the ocean.
The Disney attractions are only an hour away. The highway makes it an easy trip with none of the congestion and stop and go traffic experienced accessing the parks from the Orlando area.
Best of all - THE BEACH IS BEAUTIFUL. Clean, warm water with miles and miles of coastline to explore, pick up shells, watch the pelicans, or just relax. We provide boogie-boards for those who like to surf the waves, beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella for a great day at the beach.

Condo was great! Clean, updated and homey all in one. Beach was close and not crowded, great pool and hot tub! Easy walk to Jetty Park and easy drive to Ron Jon surf shop as well as Cocoa Pier and many other attractions. Loved the fact we did not have to worry about housekeeping coming everyday with our valuables. Laundry on site, the condo had everything we needed! Thank you Tom and Wendy for a great experience at your condo! We will definately be returning!

We had an awesome time at your Condo. Thanks Tom and Wendy. It was clean with easy beach access and a great pool and hot tub. Loved the fact we didn't have to worry about someone coming in each day to clean and worry about your valuables. Also loved the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, bodyboards, beach toys, beach towels and fully stocked dishes and so on. It's as close to being at home as possible. The location was perfect, about an equal distance from Jetty Park to the North and Cocoa Beach Pier to the South. The beaches were packed near those areas but no more than around 10 or 15 people every day were in front of our Condo on the beach. We went Para-sailing, go-cart riding all within 2-3 miles of condo and Universal Studios which is only about 45 minutes from the condo. Saw dolphins in the ocean almost daily and peacocks in the parking lot several days during the week. Had a great time and will keep your information for future trips. Doris was more than pleasant when we called her to tell her we were leaving so she could come and clean. Thanks again Tom and Wendy, couldn't have asked for much more for so little. The price was half of everything else we were looking at. God Bless and good luck.
