Why the Owner Chose Belltown
Not many buildings in Seattle allow vacation rentals and are also zoned properly to allow this ( I can think of only two). Our building has the ultimate location and with my design background we are able to create an experience that can't be found in a hotel. We travel all over the world using VRBO and it is the best way to go!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
When we stay at the condo we love how everything is so close by. Starbucks, Macrina Bakery, restaurants and clubs. We walk everywhere and love to go to Pike Place Market. Even though we've lived in Seattle for 20 plus years we still like to enjoy all the attractions as if we are tourists! Seattle is beautiful!
Owner's Map of Belltown
I am a real estate professional since 1998 and have lived in the building and know it is the best building in Belltown! This is why my husband and I have invested in the units and Emerald City Suites. When you look at the pictures you can see that we have paid close attention to detail and we try to accomodate all our guests needs. We redesigned this particular unit planning to use it part time and no expense was spared! It is a unique in that it is a corner unit and takes advantage of the water view, and is on Wall street which is the quietest location. The building is most central in the Belltown Area and is one of the only that I know of with an indoor pool.

This condo was everything we expected and more! Everytime I do a condo rental, I am worried that it will not be as advertised, however, in this instance, my fears were absolutely baseless. The condo looks exactly like the pictures. The living/dining area is really nicely decorated and is warm and welcoming. Everything was immculately clean. The Emerald City Suites team was wonderful to work with as we planned our trip. This unit is very thoughfully outfitted with touches that make it homey and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, from coffee grinder/machine to dishes, pots & pans and utensils. We lacked nothing. The bathroom is lovely, and there was shampoo & soap & a hairdryer, all unexpected extras. The beds are excellent, in particular the new king. I slept on the murphy bed which was great, and my daughter took the very nice sleeper. The air matress made it very comfy. The linens are all provided and of a very nice quality. The only caveat is that if you are using all the beds, you will have limited storage for your things, so pack wisely. Finally, some notes about the neighborhood and noise. If you look at reviews of other properties in Belltown Court, you'll see complaints, and they had me concerned. Bottom line: it's all about expectations. This is a city neighborhood and it is very vibrant. There was some construction noise during the day, and some very limited noise form the street at night. The master bedroom of this unit is off the street, so it was close to silent in there. In the living room, we heard nothing on the weeknights after about 9, and maybe a bit more on the weekend as people left the local restaurants. We did hear the cruise ship horns on Saturday and Sunday mornings, but they didn't bother us at all. In terms of the neighborhood, there were a couple of blocks nearby that were not as nice as others, but that is in every city. Belltown Court itself is very lovely, and we really enjoyed having Macrina Bakery right in the building. All in all, we would return if we were every in the area again!

We stayed here in MAY 2011 for a week while attending a conference at the Sheraton (15 minutes walk away). We found the apartment block clean and secure, and the apartment itself was just as advertised. The rooms were a good size. ALL the beds were excellent including the one in the living room. The kitchen was useful, with a good hob and oven and all the dishes etc you will need. The laundry was also excellent and simple to use. The restaurants nearby are good and convenient and there is a convenience store just around the corner. We'll certainly use the apartment again if we get the chance.
