Why the Owner Chose Gulfside Villas
It is a great place to go with family or friends, close to everything, walking distance to the famous Crabby Bills restaurant, my kids favorite PJ's restaurant. And you can just catch the trolley if you dont feel like driving to Clearwater Beach, and towards Madiera Beach.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
We just enjoy relaxing on the beach, fishing on the beach, my kids love skim boarding and boogie boarding, and I love the long relaxing walks on the beach.

Clean, well-stocked beach townhouse!

Our family of 4 stayed here in March 2011, and the townhouse worked out perfectly for us. It is located on a lovely beach which was quiet and not crowded at all, even during a peak spring break week. The description and the photos were completely accurate. Perhaps the biggest surprise was how well-stocked the townhouse was, both in the kitchen and in the bathrooms with loads of bath and beach towels! We didn't even need to bring our inflatable floats for the beach! The covered parking was also very nice, as it kept our car out of the hot sun. Renting was very easy, and our security deposit was returned promptly. All in all, this is a clean,comfortable and well-kept place to stay at the beach, and if we return to the area, we will certainly look to stay here again.
