The Sand family invites you to relax in our Sandcastle, a 3400 square foot vacation villa just minutes from Disney, Universal and all the other attractions that central Florida has to offer.
Our beautifully furnished home(all new in 2005)sleeps up to 12, with 5 bedrooms, a den with a queen sleeper and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room. The layout of the house with a king bedroom suite full bath and 52 inch TV on the 2nd floor offers plenty of privacy for two families or even more. With 4 bathrooms there will be no waiting.
The heated pool and spa are the center focus of the house. The patio area is inside the screened enclosure and has tables and chairs for outdoor dining and a three person swing for lounging.
The large modern kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. The laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer so that you do not need to bring so many clothes. There are two air conditioning systems so that the upstairs can be controlled separately. Each bedroom has its own TV/DVD and the twin bedroom is decorated with a Mickey motif. The den has a computer desk with a new computer w/media slots and printer. Cable modem high speed internet with wireless router and free long distance.

Why the Owner Chose Legacy Park
Legacy Park is a newer neighborhood set up for vacation homes. It is in an excellant location on the newer developing west end of the Disney complex with easy access. It also is a short distance from newer stores such as Walmart and Publix.
A great place for the older kids who want rollercoaster rides! Also good for the younger children!

We are a family with all of our children in the process of leaving the nest. We have two sons and two daughters with the youngest daughter just graduating from college. We also have two grandchildren so far. We decided to get into vacation rentals as we have always enjoyed our vacations to Florida and would like to retire in Florida.

Huge house. we had 7 kids and 4 adults. the 2 parent suites are separated from the children's rooms!!!!! 1 is upstairs all by itself and the other is on the other side of the house. Great separation. there is many access to the pool/hot tub area. great themed kids rooms and great big kitchen. This house is the best if you can get it.
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway.

Our stay at this property was Excellent. THe house is beautiful and layed out nicely for our 3 familys that were there. We will definatley stay there again if available. The owners were polite and prompt at returning emails and requests for additional pictures. We even forgot something in the house and requested to go back in and the owner granted us permission as long as we contacted the maintanance company. The house was clean and nice on the inside. We took pictures of the inside of this home to show to friends for their upcoming trips to Florida so they can possibly rent also. We liked the location of the house, which was 20 minutes from Disney. We were able to be close to many things to do (on 192) like mini-golf, shopping, and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were great, kids loved it and used it daily. Our age range during our stay was 75-5 yrs old. Which was perfect.
