Why the Owner Chose Moab
We love coming to Moab and all of our friends really enjoy being outdoors. The national parks and state parks that surround this area are filled with beauty--and adventure. There are plenty of extreme sports like dirt bike riding, sky diving, and 4-wheeling. We want to try out the new Rhino's (responsbily, of course)--they look like a really fun way to see the rock maze in redrock country.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We really like the kitchen set up that makes dinners and afternoon "beverages" enjoyable. The private patio overlooks the 9th fairway so we get to sit and relax while we cheer on the golfers. The private hot tub on our patio is an ideal place to star gaze. Amazing what the night sky looks like when city lights are not visible!!
Owner's Map of Moab
A few friends came together and bought this home at Coyote Run in scenic Moab, Utah. We don't even have a photo of all of us together---the rest of us live in Dallas, Texas and Denver, Colorado. Located on the golf course, with 3 master bedrooms, the home is ideal for us when we bring our families or a bunch of adults want to get together for an outdoor adventure weekend--everyone has their own bedroom and space. Very nice.
Between all of us, we like to run the rivers, hike the trails, and ride our mountain and road bikes all over this area. One of our partners lives next door to this vacation home so if our guests have questions about the best hike for a child, or the best dining experience available, or anything else, she is there to respond quickly.
The area of Moab is magical with a unique combination of modern art, cowboy poetry, rock art and petroglyphs of the Ancient Puebloans, horse back riding, and much more.
We know you'll enjoy the area and we apprciate you visiting our home.

Beth, Just wanted to let you know we really enjoyed our stay in Moab. The house worked out perfectly. Somehow a cream colored pillowcase got mixed in with my laundry and I ended up bringing it home. I will drop it in the mail this week to you. Thanks, Teresa Harrison

Hi Beth, Just wanted to get back to you now that we're all settled back home, and tell you what a great time we had in Moab. Loved the house, and everyone said they would definitely want to stay there again! We enjoyed the beautiful back country trails of Moab, and since 2 in our party had never been there, we made a point to re-visit Delicate Arch. There's always so much to see & do; there's nothing like the great outdoors to soothe the soul. If you happen to have a list of your seasonal rates available for Coyote Run 4, please send them my way. We definitely would like to consider returning. Also, if you know of any other homes on the same street that are available for vacation rentals, could you let me know about those as well? I'm not sure how many people will be joining us on our next trip, but wanted to check with you in case we need a 2nd house (hopefully just as nice as yours!) Thank you again for the wonderful accommodations. I hope all is well with you and yours. Tracy Henderson, NV

WOW! Beth and Mark are the most gracious of hosts. They have a very lovely home and are so generous in the ways that they share it. This was our group's second stay in the home and we're planning yet another trip in the Fall. You'll find everything you need and more for your perfect "Moab dream vacation" in this beautiful home. ...Scott,
Owner response: And...it is a pleasure to have your group here Scott. Anytime!

This was such a wonderful place to stay. We have been traveling to Moab for years and we usually stay at the same hotel, but this time we decided to try this ranch home and now we’ll never go back to the hotel. It was incredibly clean, beds were luscious, and the hot tub was so relaxing!!! Plus the decorations just made it so homey. I would highly recommend it to anyone who plans on staying in Moab!

Beth- We just returned from our fabulous stay at your beautiful Moab home. Every member of our 7 man group enjoyed what we have dubbed "THE MANCATION". Everyone continues to rave about the accomodations. The home was pristine, comfortable , and spacious. We will definitely be returning and have already referred you to many of our family, friends, and colleagues. Thanks again for a great time and for your attention to detail. Also, thanks for your referral for our ATV adventure.

Beth, Thanks so much for a perfect stay in your home. It worked out just great for our family get together. The home is beautiful and having the extras for the kids made it so much easier for us. The toys were a big hit! Thanks again, we'll contact you for next year's trip! The Campbell Family (Campbell, Dortchis, and Thomas)

Beth, Thanks for everything while we were in Moab. Your place there is wonderful and everyone enjoyed it tremendously. Hopefully you found the place in the same condition as you left it for us. That is sometimes hard to do with 8 guys!! The home appears to be of the highest quality, especially the finishing touches inside (which I presume were selected by you)! Hopefully we will make it to Moab next year, and if we do, we plan on renting your house again. We build 100 to 120 homes per year in the Albany, NY area.
