Across the street from Marco Island's beautiful Resident's Beach, this lovely 1 bedroom beach condo gives you the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. With free beach access only 3 blocks away at Maple Ct., it is the shortest walk to the beach in the complex without the Collier Blvd. traffic noise.
You will love the designer decor complete with newer furnishings, newer appliances, a fresh coat of paint throughout and 20' porcelain tile on a diagonal throughout the unit including the lanai. New wall a/c unit in living room installed in 2011. This unit sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The living room also has a 27' Sony flat screen TV with a Sony DVD player.
Relax on the screened lanai overlooking the quiet tropical courtyard. The kitchen has newer appliances that will make you feel right at home including a stove/oven, refrigerator, blender, toaster and coffeemaker.
This is the perfect beach cottage with a lovely garden view and steps from the 85 degree heated pool. It is the southern most location in the complex but two buildings removed from Collier Blvd. In addition, it is a short stroll to restaurants, shopping and of course, the superbly maintained white, sandy Resident's Beach.
Make this your vacation getaway and I promise you will want to return again next year.

The location of this complex is great and the people there are very helpful and friendly. The furniture is comfortable, if minimal. The best feature of this unit is the beach chairs which have built in storage bags and shoulder straps for carrying the 3 blocks to the beach. We found many community activities to participate in while on Marco Island and the feel of the area is very welcoming. The weather this year was fantastic. However we had several issues with this owner. There was no mailbox key for us and since we were there for a month we were having our mail forwarded and needed a key. After contacting the owner we waited almost 2 weeks for the key to arrive even though we were told it would be overnighted. The kitchen has nice knives and pots and pans, but there are 4 dinner plates, 4 cups. 4 bowls, 7 drinkng glasses and no dishwasher despite the owner telling us there was one. Being there for a month we wanted more than a broom and dustpan for cleaning, but this request was not accommodated by the owner. The maintence people did provide a vacuum for us, however. The wi-fi connection in the clubhouse was good, but inconvenient. Once we returned home we waited 6 weeks for our deposit to be returned and had to send a reminder email to get it. Our deposit from our February condo rental was returned a week before this one with no problems! This is a good choice if you do not intend to cook there, plan to stay only a short while or are not bothered by the inability to vacuum up the sand that you track in from the beach.Owner response: We take renter feedback very seriously and do our best to accomodate and ensure a pleasant stay for our renters. Renters are on vacation and want to stay in a place where they can be comfortable and enjoy their time on Marco Island. We have spent significant money on refurbishing the unit and making it a comfortable place for our renters. We will add to the kitchen ware as the renter has suggested and add a vacuum as well, although the unit is all tile and I don't know if a vacuum would work very well on tile. We do our best on turning security deposits around and have never had a complaint on this before. Its been a hectic time and we've had a relative that's been very ill which has been a distraction. We will do our best to ensure timely returns of security deposits in the future. Ownership

About the owner: My wife and I have three kids ages 7 - 13 and live in St. Louis, Missouri. We have been going to the Marco Island area since 1981.

The beaches on Marco are to this day the most beautiful beaches I've been to. The crescent shore is remarkable and the West face gives you the best shot at gorgeous sunsets.

We enjoy the short walk to the beach and the many fine shops and restaurants on the island. We also really enjoy renting a boat and taking the kids up the intercoastal waterways.
