The main level features a wrap around deck. The living room has a 20 foot ceiling,plus carpeting a large screen tv and designer furniture. The master bedroom, master bath, loft and rooftop veiw deck are located on the upper level. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned which usually isn't necessary since the house is located directly in the path of the cooling trade winds. This is a non-smoking property.
