Our ground floor-single level unit is a quiet end unit with patio gas grill and a streamside deck off the Master bedroom with an awesome view of Mt Royal. This Spring it was completely repainted and new carpeting installed. It is a smoke-free and pet-free unit. Each bedroom is nicely furnished with a Queen-sized bed. The Master bedroom includes a bathroom,shower and sink. Sliding glass doors open to a large streamside deck with table and chairs. Perfect for your 'Great escape!' The second bedroom has a sink for morning privacy and the main bath is off the den (with privacy accordion wall) and central hallway.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with basic pantry items down to spices and includes most common small appliances. Our cozy Family room and the den feature a wood burning fireplace, Cable TV, DVD player,and Stereo/CD player. There are DVD movies, books, and board games for you to relax.
The Ten Mile Island Complex is small, quiet, and built in a wooded setting. The Recreation Building is perfect for groups and family reunions. It features a recently rennovated indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and showers. The adjacent Party Room includes a kitchen, comfortable furnishings, fireplace, stereo, and TV. A gas grill is just outside the Party Room. There are two coin-operated laundry rooms.
Frisco is centrally located for many activities. It still has the charm of an old mountain town with year-round events and we are just one block from Main St shopping, restaurants,and the Summit County hike/bike trail. The Frisco Stage (Free), stops close by with service to the ski slopes and nearby towns of Breckenridge, Dillon and Silverthorne outlet malls. You are minutes away from World Class Skiing, spectacular cross country skiing, Gold medal trout fishing, boating, etc. Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, A Basin, and Loveland are just 15 minutes away, and Vail and Beaver Creek are about 30 minutes. Our Rockie Mountain location is ideal for close in recreation and relaxation during your 'Great Escape!' |
