ATTENTION: Our ground floor-single level unit is a quiet end unit with patio, gas grill and a streamside deck off the Master bedroom with an awesome view of Mt Royal. Recently it was completely repainted, new carpeting installed and we completely redid the bathrooms. This Spring we put in a new kitchen and put tile in the entry-way. It is a smoke-free and pet-free unit. Each bedroom is nicely furnished with a Queen-sized bed. The Master bedroom includes a bathroom, shower, and sink. Sliding glass doors open to a large streamside deck with table and chairs. Perfect for your 'Great escape!' The second bedroom has a sink for morning privacy and the main bath is off the den (with privacy accordion wall) and central hallway.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with basic pantry items down to spices and includes most common small appliances. Our cozy Family room and the den feature a wood burning fireplace, Cable TV, DVD player,and Stereo/CD player. There are DVD movies, books, and board games for you to relax and enjoy.
The Ten Mile Island Complex is small, quiet, and built in a wooded setting. The Recreation Building is perfect for groups and family reunions. It features a recently rennovated indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna and showers. The adjacent Party Room was redecorated in 2008 and includes a kitchen, comfortable furnishings, fireplace, stereo,computer, WIFI, and TV. A gas grill is just outside the Party Room. The complex received a facelift in 2010 with new paint and steel railings. There are two coin-operated laundry rooms.
Frisco is centrally located for many activities. It still has the charm of an old mountain town with year-round events and we are just one block from Main St shopping, restaurants,and the Summit County hike/bike trail. The Frisco Stage (Free), stops on Main St just one block away with service to the ski slopes and nearby towns of Breckenridge, Dillon and Silverthorne outlet malls. You are minutes away from World Class Skiing, spectacular cross country skiing, Gold medal trout fishing, boating, etc. Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, A Basin,Keystone and Loveland are just 15 to 20 minutes away, and Vail and Beaver Creek are about 30 minutes. Our Rocky Mountain location is ideal for close in recreation and relaxation during your 'Great Escape!'

Good trout fishing out the back door. Gold medal stream fishing within 10 minutes and Lake Dillon is only a few minutes away. Four ski areas less than 30 minutes away. The unit is a single level unit on ground level. No stairs to climb. It is a convenient, quiet end/corner unit.

The warm little community of Frisco is an optimal central location in Summit County to have convenient access to the entire area. The condo is ideally located at the end of main street which makes it an easy walk through town and quick access to the hwy. We spent every evening taking an after dinner walk through town. The condo was so cute, very clean and very spacious for our family of adults and teens. We loved the that is a corner 1st floor unit right on the river. Loved the winter stay and looking forward to enjoying the patio during the summer! Thank you Bob, it was a delight working with you and sharing your true "great escape"!
