The shoreline in front of the complex is one of the most lovely place to enjoy our fabulous Maui sunsets all year round and watch the whales breaching during our winter seacon (Dec - Mar). PERFECT PLACE AND PRICE
This great little place was exactly what we needed for our our very short stay on Maui. We only had two days, so wanted to get the most out of our time and money. The location was perfect for us. A short distance from the shops and restaurants of Kihei. And just a 30 minute or so drive to Lahaina, and 20 minutes to the start of the Road to Hana. But most importantly for us -- a short walk... a stone's throw from the beach! When we were there it was not a busy, pretty, laying out beach (but there were plenty of these close by) - but a perfect for an early morning walk/jog beach. The owner and his property manager on Maui were very kind and helpful. The place is very modestly decorated, but came with all the comforts of a vacation home (including the all important wifi internet!). We used one the complex grills and cooked stakes at ate on the patio looking over the amazing coastline one night. Would stay here again (and hopefully longer next time). The only slight bummer was that we needed to pay by check in advance. It worked out for us, but that was not detailed in the property description.

We arrived late in the afternoon and luckily the Owner was visiting Maui at the same time and showed us in and around. It was big enough for two to have a comfortable stay and room enough to unpack and feel at home. We had rented a car which was very helpful as the grocery stores and restaurants nearby were a bit too far to walk to and alot of traffic would not make it easy walking. There is a great concierge available at the complex to help you plan any excursions you would like to do. We used the condo as home base and did much exploring. The kitchen was fully equipped and bed was super comfy. Owner was in process of replacing the door between main living area and bedroom area so while we were there we couldn't close off the two areas. That was the only drawback as if I stayed up to watch TV hubby didn't have as much peace and quiet but he sleeps like a log. The beach there is nice for walking and maybe swimming. Saw some swimmers but it was a bit chilly when we were there so never swam at the condo's beach. Great for watching sunsets and relaxing. The walk down however is a walk through very uneven ground and squishy areas and many sandburrs. You can walk far to the left and use a nicer path. Check list for what is supplied so you can do less packing. Having beach towels and chairs were a nice plus. You have to use quarters for laundry and can get some from the office. All in all a very comfortable well kept condo. Would highly recommend and the owner was a pleasure to work with and offered a lot of helpful information of the area.

We have stayed at this beautiful "home-away-from-home" for 6 years It is metcuouslly maintained and pure pleasure. When we are able to return to Maui it will be our destination.

My husband and I just returned from our vacation (Oct 2-10). We had a great time. The listing is an accurate description of the property and location. What you see is what you get. We found it very comfortable and cozy for the 2 of us and did not need much more given the price we paid. The property is very clean and well-maintained, granted it is dated. Glenn is who he says he is and we had no problems dealing with him. We would definitely recommend this condo and complex to our family and friends. There are only 2 things that would have made it great - one would be having some beach chairs on hand and the other would be a foamy on the king bed as we did find it a bit hard. Although nothing like some of the Mexcio beds we have slept in. We had a such a good time and will be back again. Thanks Glenn.
