Come relax and unwind in thi two bedroom, two bath immaculate Condo - Second floor unit located in the gated community of Spring Run in The Brooks, developed by the Bonita Bay Group. This unit sleeps six with a queen-size pull-out bed in the living room.
We have just upgraded our master bedroom with a King-Size Bed a couple of months ago.
Also, we have everything you need for a day at the local beaches, Vanderbilt Beach in Naples, Barefoot Beach in Bonita Springs. We have several beach chairs, beach umbrellas, cooler, beach towels and a beach bag.
This Condo has fantastic views of the fourth green of an 18 hole golf course. The club also has four lighted tennis courts, a community clubhouse, pro shop, dining room/lounge, heated swimming pool with a spa.
For a small membership transfer fee, renter plays golf paying only for cart fees.
Bonita Springs is an upscale town with great shopping centers and restaurants. It is also located about 15 minutes North of Naples, Gulf beaches and shopping at Miramar Outlets and Promenade Shops.
Newly opened mall in Bonita Springs, 1 1/2 miles from the condo includes upscale shopping and lots of great restaurants/bars. This is an outside mall and several of the restaurants have outside dining.
Relax and enjoy magnificent sunsets at Barefoot Beach in nearby Bonita Beach.
