This cozy cottage offers one 325 sq. ft. room with all of the amenities of a condominium only more private. It was built with a vacationing atmosphere in mind. I have to disagree with the previous review. The property was as advertised. I saw nothing negative about the neighborhood. I found the property to be private and it was a plus to have a pool steps from our door. Property is very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay so much and have booked again for this August.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, families with young children.

I felt the property owner left out a key piece of information. The property/lot is shared with the owner. You stay in more of a guest house property. Not at all private as described. The small pool is situated between the two cottages which are very close in proximity. Within a less than 24 hour period we were visited by the owner 4 times. Partly because the futon/ couch was broken causing the third person in the party to spend the night on the floor. The futon was repaired during our less than 24 hour stay. We had booked 3 nights however we felt we needed to find other accommodations for the remainder of our stay. Neighborhood not very nice. Also, it is not a full kitchen just a microwave and fridge. Big disappointment! For the price you could get more and on the beach for just a few dollars more. On a good note the owner was friendly and the property was clean and well maintained.
